Organisational Analysis-Review
I worked for called Mortha Halls of ivy which was established in 2013 it gives
education Dudley UK provides both online and on-campus education. Mortha Halls of ivy is
a privileged provider of professional courses including business management, hospital health,
and social care or it. The organization work with recognized awarding bodies in the UK
which provide qualification to the learner. It is fact that today all courses need updated
knowledge and relevant skill which help cope with the neocortical world (Dogan, Terragni
and Raustøl, 2021). The organization is a privilege for specialist knowledge and design
needed qualifications. The qualification is to nurture an individual career path. Mortha Halls
of ivy is a born global private organization that provides vocational and professional courses
for an individual career. The organization allows them to take to meet the real world it is a
highly reliable education provider. The organization aims to give courses effective and
economic study to their learners. The organization gives comprehensive and extensive
modules for fast-tracking. Mortha Halls of ivy is a big organization where many employees
work. Various people in the organization run the organization including Director, lecturer
administrator, support officer, assessor, and internal verifier, manager, marketing educative.
These are people are working in the Mortha Halls of ivy.
All people are coordinated and work hard for their organization because this
organization is a global perspective of business operations so the director of the college
doctor Dharmendra Mortha stands highly successful business leader and visionary. It gives
corporate success in the domestic and international markets. Another name of program leader
is Adrian Barbu who gives a lecture on commerce, Business, and Management. The
organization is big so various employee is working in this organization. Each member has a
different skill. All employees in the organization well coordinate the staff are well
coordinated if some problem arises so that everyone works together (Ross, Ta and Grieve,
2019). The organization makes the strategy for organization success make strategic planning
according to the requirement. Make internally organization make internally all departments
all activity in the organization. Department every department task on time they coordinated
with external collages and government also. Make rules according to the Student welfare so
that organizations make a department where some people coordinated with the external
affairs. Equal opposite to their learner there is no description discrimination in organization
everyone is equal and they give equal opposite to every learner. The organization gives wider

excess and participation to the year learners because it gives confidence and strength in
personality it is a lifelong learning opportunity given by the college to their learners.
I work as a learner engagement manager. My role is to provide advice to a student
regarding their application for the course and student finance. If a student needs any type of
support I can give support and help in making projects (Sepulveda-Escobar and Morrison,
2020). I give advice and coordinate work with students I also do work in the finance
department but I engage in working with students. I encourage the student to present and
share work with another student. I am a very honest manager working in the organization. In
my work as a consultant, I give advice related to courses. The organization makes a portal for
their student to apply to college. Sometimes students don’t understand the application at this
time I advise completing the application for the course. Sometimes students do not know
about the new course which is given by the college I also advise the new course which
launches by the organization basically, my work in the organization is providing useful
information to their students. My object is to give useful information to the student which is
already related to the organization's objective because they provide education and I give
useful information to their student. The department structure is very wide each department is
segmented according to its work. I work as a consultant so my work is assisting their student.
My role fits in the organisation as an adviser I connect with all students and learn more
information. I am connected professionally as an adviser.
I am very fascinated by my work so I professionally connected with my organization.
I make good relationships with the staff where I Work. When I am working in an
organization so I give my full potential to my work. I work hard on my skill and give full
potential in my profession.
When my placement is end then I connect with the LinkedIn as it is professional work
so I connect with the organization always. Yes, I use the LinkedIn and always give
suggestions to my staff. The organization give me lots of experience for my career growth
and become a professional I maintained a good relationship with my professionals (Ulvik,
Helleve and Smith, 2018).
Yes, I do research in my final year and I do various tasks for getting information. This
is a new technique that gives me lots of knowledge and this knowledge is used in my career
growth. Research doing in my college is a very good initiate which is taken in my college.

This information is very innovative and unique. For making research I go search for new
information which gives a lot of information and I use in my career growth.
Yes, I do part-time work when I do graduate it reduces my stress related to money and
I easily focus on my career growth. Part-time work gives me employment opportunities
which I need for a direction. Employment opportunities are very important for me as it helps
in increasing the career growth opportunities (Maher, Parkinson and Thomson, 2022).

Reflection of my Role
Overall I can say that it was a very great experience for me because there are many
skills and knowledge which I developed during the performing of my role n developed an
experience which will definitely provide me with the opportunity for future success and
growth in my career. I can better explain my role on the weekly basis.
Week one
As I was a part of Mortha Halls of Ivy, it was a great opportunity to make a link with
more and more people. In the first week, I was not so focused on work because it was an
introduction week where my colleagues and other authoritative members introduce me to the
organization and provides me with clear instructions for my job role (Ma, McMaugh and
Cavanagh, 2021). I found that Mortha Halls of Ivy is cost-effective in economics study
programs that provide an extensive and comprehensive online module to a University
standard. It is a privileged provider of professional qualifications in many important subjects
such as health and social care, business management, IT and hospitality (Ma and Cavanagh,
2018). In the face to wake, I learned about the organisation and how they work in the market.
Week 2
At the start of Week 2, my manager provided me with clear instructions about my role
and responsibilities. At the start of my job, I found some problems because I did not work as
a learner engagement manager before this internship. So yes I feel some problems but still, I
was able to learn and start to communicate with the students about their queries. In the first
two days of week 2, I was understanding my job role and tried to communicate with the
students and after that, I was able to communicate in an effective way and ask their queries.

Week 3
This is the week in which I started to learn some knowledge and skills which I found
now very important for my career growth. I started to learn effective communication skills
because I need to communicate with the students and at that time I was very nervous during
communication. But after some time, I develop effective communication skills because of my
day-to-day work and guidance of the other people.
Week 4
In the 4th week, I was able to learn many new things which I did not learn before this
internship. I learned about the critical thinking skills which are required in order to solve any
query and problem. I have a role to help the students with the appropriate selection of courses
where I need to critically think about the problem of students so that I will be able to perform
my job. In that week I got to know about the requirements of students which I did not know
before. I also got to know about many courses which increase my knowledge that what are
the external opportunities available for students that helps them to increase their career and
job opportunities.
Week 5
In week 5 we are conducting an exhibition and a book fair where all the students are
invited for free consulting services. It was a very great experience for me because that week I
got to know about the trend in the market (Ulvik, Stokker Jensen and Eide, 2021). The
students are found to be very serious about their careers and it provides the motivation that
how they are serious about their careers that's why I also need to work on my career
opportunities.
Week 6
It was the last week which provides me with an opportunity to work on my
knowledge. Last week I communicate with the owner of the company that provides me really
a positive note about my performance. In overall I was very happy that my internship was
good.

Strategic career plan: How implement this plan?

My mission is to become a learner engagement manager. I wanted to become an adviser
where I gave advice and help others. For this, I work in the Mortha Halls of ivy which
gives me good knowledge about the course. It increases my experience and I am very
happy to work in this organization. For my career growth, I want to gather all information
that I need in my profession. I do work hard on my communication skills and make good
relationships with the organization. I do work in a different organization which gives me
experience and knowledge which increase my career growth rapidly. If any uncertainty
comes in my life I use the online platform to reach my goal. I share all my experience in
the last organization which I gather throughout my career.
