SUMMARY
Portfolios specifically student portfolios are a combination of several different documents
prepared by the student holding all of their achievements. Portfolios are prepared so that the
students are able to provide a reflection upon their learning’s and achievements in their entire
course work (Alcock and Satchell, 2018). Portfolios are appropriate tools for students for
learners to develop and understanding and provide a glance to all the knowledge and learning
they have received while pursuing their specific course work. Portfolio awesome student is a
compilation of all the academic work and other educational evidences assembled by his or her
for the purpose of evaluating the learning’s progress academic achievement and course for
quality. Along with it provides and assist student in determining whether they have met their
learning standards and the academic requirements from the courses, grade level, promotion and
graduation. Moreover, it is argued that to be portfolios that compiling reviewing annual
evaluation student work overtime can provide a richer and a deeper more accurate picture in
front of a student about their learning and the areas in which they need improvements (Cremin
and Barnes, 2018). There are several different forms of portfolios such as notebooks filled which
documents, notes, and graphics to online digital archives, student created websites etc. Online
portfolios are also known as digital portfolios or portfolios, as portfolios can be a physical
collection off to work including their achievements such as written assignments and also they
can be digital such as portfolios holding digital archives presentation blogs and websites which
features the same materials as of a physical portfolio. Sometimes it portfolios also includes
student created videos multimedia presentation spreadsheets websites photographs and other
digital artifacts of learning. In my portfolio I have added the documents that I have learnt during
the course work. This portfolio of mine consists of 12 mini documents of the learnings I have
done in my 12 classes. These documents are as follows along with their rationales of adding
them in my portfolio.
In first class we were taught about reflective learning where the to turn explained and
briefly taught us the ways in which reflective learning and writing has to be done and we
created a basic idea on different ways of business academic writing and usage of correct
punctuations (Ducroux and et. al., 2019).
The second coursework is of writing an essay there we were taught about the small
details we need to provide while writing an essay.
