INTRODUCTION
Personal development covers the activities which make improvement in the awareness
and determine the talents, facilitate the employ ability, contribute to realization of aspirations and
increase quality of the life. This is regarded as key to be success for student as this supports a
person to explore the awareness and determine the improvement area for future. Present report is
mainly divided in three different tasks. The first task discuss regarding Plymouth model that
assist in forming up better decision through evaluating situations. Second task is related to
reflection of student in context of stated about the experience in university. The last part is
related to the action plan related to improvement area.
TASK 3-Plymouth model
This provides the emphasis over asking of questions and answering of same for
development of critical thinking. Here, critical thinking means determination of the way in which
work is done along with more detailed information about the applied theory, methods and
techniques. This also included the answering of questions of systematically. This directly means
asking of the most important questions in productive sequence in respect to ascertain best story.
In the current report, main aim is about the application of Plymouth model of critical thinking
over own choice of holiday place (Bass, Sidebotham, Creedy and Sweet, 2020). The main reason
behind the application of same is to understand the process that will be used for thinking before
to the selection of holiday place. This will aid in determining the critical thinking process
associated with human mind before making of any decision.
Here, I decided to go on holiday at London eye. This is one of the famous and historic
place where large number of tourists regularly came to gain positive experience. Application of

Yes, this is transferable and can be applied to any situation. It is learn from
the situation that there is huge contribution of money in getting positive
experiences. Now, there is need for arranging money and work hard to get in the

TASK 4-Academic writing reflection
My university experience until now was good but not better as I was not go to the
university for learned so much here and improve my skills and knowledge with the aid of all the
instructors and the teachers. Due to the situation of COVID- 19, I was not able to learn more
things and also interaction with my teachers in a better manner. I learned from the online courses
through using the smart phones and laptops. At the time of online courses, if I faced any kind of
issue, I consulted with my teacher and they give the proper solutions. At the time of connecting
with my tutor through online, I face the issue about the poor internet connection. In order to
portray my entire experience, I use the Gibbs model developed by Graham Gibbs and learn
through reflection on observations to make productive work and issues which are not yet
achieved can be changed by corrective steps. This offers a structure to examine experiences and
despite its cyclical nature, offers especially good opportunities to learn from repetitive
interactions, allowing thinking about it and preparing stuff that went too well and did not go very
well. This also allows people to focus more closely on interactions, behaviors or events. This
includes a description, feeling, evaluation, analysis and conclusion in five phases (Carey, Kent
and Latour, 2019).
Description-When I stated my online courses in COVID- 19 situation from the university
teachers, I feel different and I was in hesitated to talk with the teachers. At beginning of my
studies while I was speaking with my teacher, I was not familiar about the course actually
entails, a range of activity events. That was therefore very difficult, but I am active in a variety of
activities but these were steps to improve my level of study. I was connected with my tutor

through smart phones and laptops. Related to this, there was a issues arise about log off as well
as log off to receive the better connection. My tutors assign me several tasks through online
classes to gain a deeper understanding of course and also to develop our competences and
abilities in this respect. One of the presentations was one of most thankful tasks which enabled
me to learn so much. So my presentation task is to be reflected in, where I need to present the
entire course and theme I need to study as well as prepare. I will present my assignment through
online. This was very difficult though because I have not prepared the plan and effectively
presents this because I've never done it before. But this was a step forward in learning new skills;
I want to become more effective. I have therefore agreed to break the entire mission into a few
tasks to make it easier to execute with more emphasis. My teacher gives me the guidance as well
as instructions about preparation of the presentation through online courses during COVID-19.
Other than this, I have therefore arranged and assigned tasks on equal time to each of them,
which helps me in presenting on a given date (Lundmark, Tayar, Qin and Bilsland, 2019). Some
tasks assigned to me which I need to be presented after opening of university when COVID-19
issue will be reduced.
Feeling- It was some complex to me to understand the given assignment from my tutor
through online courses. When my teacher give me the assignment, I feel nervous and thinking
about to complete the tasks or activities in a better manner and within given time period. I
discussed with my tutor in the private chat regarding the tasks and activities given to me. I was
pretty anxious when I was assigned to the project because I did not know very well what to do
and how to accomplish it. But then I am agreed that tasks would be divided into sub activities,
and according to myself was a wise idea, and I was able to work smartly because it made my job
easier. It is probably too, but not absolutely because the allocated time was not right because it
took a lot of time. It is because when I began researching the subject I was identified and began
collecting data, it took me a lot of time because I didn't understand what to include in the
presentation and how essential it would be. Nonetheless, I wanted to take note of some of the
relevant details from of sources from which I analyzed knowledge on one hand to provide clearer
information by combining all of the understanding. While it had to take tasks and effort hard, it
eventually helped me with such a high quality work to complete my task.

Evaluation- I had the good experience and I was able to fulfill all the requirements of the
tasks in a better manner. In situation of COVID- 19, technology plays a necessary role. This
helps me to connect with my tutor and discuss with her regarding my tasks. I face some
difficulties about the poor connection of the internet. It discusses some developments over the
course of the years and I came into contact with a variety of positive and poor encounters.
Through the entire journey of online courses, I have been able to know how to better and quickly
carry out the assigned mission, items to consider during planning and presentation, and how to
perform research on a subject, etc. Other than that, all my research was interrupted because all
information was researched and collected, which also left me irritated. I did not have prior
contribution in making presentation more knowledgeable and efficient, making it difficult for me
to make preparations it (Dressler, Becker, Kawalilak and Arthur, 2018).
Analysis- I had analyzed that I am weak in some area during COVID 19 time period.
This is a lock down period and university was closed for some time period. In this period, my
tutors provide me facility of online classes in home that was good for me because there is no
issue of regarding my and my family health. In during the online classes I faced certain issues
such as poor internet connection, lack of time etc. These issues highly impacted over my
progress and success. Along with this, I also analyzed that my poor skills which are
communication, time management and technical. Due to lack of technical skill I was not handle
internet issue which results in providence of project in maximum time. As I was also weak in
chatting with my tutors about the issues in course. Along with this, I am also weak in
communicating all information timely during online classes. Apart from this, I also analyzed that
my presentation skill is effective by presenting all information in effective manner. It is a plus
point for me during online classes in COVID 19 time period. These are major issues that
frustrated me so I prefer to go university and complete my course work as compare to online
classes.
Conclusion- From the above mentioned points, it helped me by providing information
about my online course journey during COVID 19 time duration. This helped me by providing
my weak areas which are lack of communication skill, poor time management skill and lack of
technical knowledge. All these are weak areas that I want to improve by using some methods or
tools. Along with this, above mentioned information also concluded my strengths during online

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned data, it has been concluded that Plymouth model is an
effective model of critical thinking. For this model, London eye was used as an attractive
destination that support me in explaining my thinking about the specific destination. Gibbs
model was used for explaining entire journey during the online classes in COVID 19. This was
an effective model that helped an individual by explaining information regarding their weakness
and strength in specific situation. In order to overcome above mentioned weakness, action plan
was developed that was effective by improving weak areas.
