MAIN BODY
Teaching philosophy
Teaching philosophy is generally a self-reflection which provides the statement of the
person ‘s belief regarding their learning and teaching experience. It conveys and provide a
core idea and knowledge for being an efficient teacher with a display disciplined
management. This also helps out in giving the students and the learners a proper concrete
ideas and examples regarding the goals and the education (Buzzar, & et. al., (2022)). This
reflects and provides the statements which elaborates the reason of choosing such options.
I believe the teaching philosophy elaborates and provides the concise documenting
regarding the ideas and the knowledge in order to articulate to the committee, students and
peers. My teaching philosophy is mainly to provide and illustrate all the points and the details
to the students with a professional tone, by conveying all the matters in a confident manner
with proper illustrations and examples that are to be given of every point. My main teaching
philosophy is to enhance the knowledge of students regarding the goals and the specific topic.
And also, to help them in problem-solving, critical thinking and easy writing approach. I
believe that teaching philosophy is mainly focus on progress, essential matters to be covered,
social reconstruction, existential and many more. My teaching philosophy will be to convey
all my core ideas to the students in an effective manner and also to communicate them in a
transparent way so that all my ideas, knowledge and the core foundation will be conveyed to

students in a transparent manner. I focus on demonstrating every point to be students so that
they will be able to gain all the ideas in a perceived existence. The main aim is to give them
all the ideological details in a simplified manner to make them aware about the general topic
and also to explain them with concrete goals and objectives. As I believe that all the teachers
focus on giving the ideas and to build the core root in all the students regarding their topics
and their main aim is to make every single issue to be explained with proper clarity. I firmly
believe that my teaching philosophy is to make all the details being clear to the students and
also to clear all their doubts and the issues regarding their topic and the main elements. This
will boost their confidence and will also make a base learning and give the clarity for all the
future programs and the goals.

A clear menu & navigation structure
A clear menu teaching structure is mainly the ideas or the written description of the
ways the teacher is going to use in order to express their ideas, knowledge to the students and
also to shape their course, syllabus in a systematic manner (Coates, & et. al., (2022)). This is
generally being developed in order to manage the contextual factors in a proper professional
educational approach with the requirement of the program that is being related to teaching. It
provides out the better idea to the instructor in order to practise the teaching in a proper
manner and also to navigate all their floss fickle statements with the articulated examples and

Making a proper teaching statement in a proper well written format, as this will help
out to manage the tenure level by briefing all the ideas which are to be given to the
students.
All the teachers will have to give their statements in the first-person approach in both
personal and in reflective sense. As there is being required to manage a narrative
manner to explain their ideas and knowledge to the persons and individuals in a
proper clarity.
All the matter should be specific as they should avoid the abstract and should give a
proper ground of the ideas which they are sharing with the students with examples
and illustrations it can be anticipated or in an experienced form. This will help the
students and the readers to visualise all the elements and the knowledge which is
being given to them in the classrooms.
The teachers will have to be disciplined and specific regarding their topics. All the
research work regarding the explanation and the elaborated topic should be made in
an authenticated manner.
The technical terms should be avoided as they can create confusion in the mind of
readers of the students. I believe that simple words are to be used while explaining
any topic and repeat it in sentences to be ignored all the teaching statements to be
framed in proper documents and in simple language.
It is important to be sincere and focused while explaining the content in the matter to
the readers so that the professionalism is being maintained. Along with it the teachers
will have to be humble and explain and elaborate all the topics with enthusiasm with
the proper illustration to interact with the students and the colleagues with a proper
willingness.
Revision of all the statements and the given details are to be required while managing
all such ideas.
Thus, proper navigation or a menu for a teaching philosophy is given as to provide all
the information to the students in a proper responsible learning and the teachers will have
to be content focused, task driven. I believe that interaction with the students in
constructing the ideas and thoughts are important and engaging of the colleagues and the
reader in the conversation will make them to grasp the knowledge in a systematic way.

Digital Technologies in Education
Digital technology is mainly all the devices, electronic tools, systems and the
resources which are being used to generate, process and store data. As with the changing
situation through COVID-19 pandemic there is being seen that digital technology has taken a
major role in providing education to students as it helps out to manage the curriculum
learning across all the areas in a systematic manner it helps a student to be creative, confident
in order to develop the digital solutions with the help of different applications which are
being generated through information systems. Students are there by gaining a deep
knowledge through digital systems, all the applications which are being used for teaching and
education purpose (Conner, (2022)). It enables the student to diversify their thinking and
problem-solving. As there is being seen that so many innovative technological tools are being
used for the students like zoom classroom, 3-D printing, digital tablets and readers, mobile
technology, Skype, cloud technology speech to text options and many more. All such digital
advancements made teaching to be easier as it helps out to connect with the students in an
easy manner and also to illustrate their points and elements with proper examples and
practical.
There is being seen that readers with the digital advancement are now able to be
creative and also enhance their critical thinking approach. As a develop their learning
analytics and education system policies. Teaching thereby become easy with the digital
technologies applicability in education system as it made the students to gain the knowledge
by sitting at their homes and by getting all the depth detail regarding all the topics. This also
managed the work of teachers to be improved as they are not able to access and improve their
communication by providing collaborative learning opportunities and also the self-direction
through all such technical tools (Dogan, & Gurcan, (2022)). This also helped to make them
capable and ready for the future technical world. As teachers are using different applications
and tools in order to connect with the students from their own place and to give them ideas
regarding the essential goals and targets. Thus, this digital technology education improved the
learning capabilities of the student as it makes them to connect with new materials with more
fun learning and also make easier for the readers in the student to gain the competitiveness. It
also encourages the readers in the students to work harder and to think in diversified manner.

A section for the collection & management of teaching resources
It is very important for the professional teachers to manage resources in order to give
the results to the students. Managing resources is all about selecting, developing, and
adapting the various materials and resources for the teaching in the classroom. This is the
most challenging aspect for the teachers to find out the best resources for the students which
can make the task easier. If the resource found right than the understanding of the lesson
become easy for the both teacher as well as student. It is essential that the resources should be
clearly curriculum which means relevant to the most useful and the content should be framed
in the wider context so it makes the understanding clearer and in an effective
way(Gnanadurai, Thirumurugan, & Vinothina, (2022).
According to me it is very essential for the professional teachers to manage the
classroom effectively which included building relationships, designing behavioural standing
and leveraging time. There are three aspects which is the most prioritize in managing the
classroom which are consistency, connection and compassion. The main purpose of manging
the resources for the teaching is to make the learning interesting and an easy concept which
can be remembered by the students. The various teaching resources can be discussed below;
Textbooks/ novels- This is the teaching resource which is commonly used by the
teachers for reading the lessons and the content which has to be covered in the
classroom. This is the best resource which is useful for the students and teachers. The
various authors have explained the lessons in a very simple language. The task of the
teacher is to choose the best book which can have the deep understanding of the
lesson. The novels are again the type of textbook. This creates a good impact in the
minds of an individual. Reading makes the individual a good listener.( Javier, (2022).
E- book/ videos- This is the resource which included the digital platforms is again the
resource which is useful for the teacher in making understand the chapters which need
to be covered in the classroom. This includes the visual pictures of the content which

creates a perfect picture in the minds to understand the topic or a lesson. The e- books
means that the books are also available digitally which has the content and the video
can be played in the laptop or computer and the students and listen and hear the audio.

An example lesson plan &/or unit plan focusing on the application of digital
technologies
This means that the teachers can make a weekly plan of a teaching schedule which
need to be conducted in the classroom. the weekly plan can help in organising the different
topic which need to be taught and by this all the topics can be covered within the right span
of time. The use of the digital technologies has become the important aspect in today’s world.
It is important for the teachers to focus on learning aspects which includes the use of the
digital platforms. This can save the time of the teacher and student and the learning process is
been fast through it. The digital technologies help the learners in the creative thinking and the
new ideas. The week plan should be in such a way which is discussed below :
Week 1 – this can include the introduction to the various digital platform such as power point
presentations, multimedia, images etc. this can be shown in the classroom.
Week 2 – Tin this week the students should know how to use the platforms and make their
own presentation on the topic taught by the teachers(Maksimović, Stošić & Tomczyk, (2022).
Week 3 – both the teacher and the student should be well prepared and the exam can be
conducted on the online platforms. This will help the students to learn via technologies.
Week 4- The teacher can evaluate the students that who is able to understand the term
properly and who is not. The use of the digital technologies requires the concentration which
needed to be focused.
Explicit linking to learning outcomes specified in the Australian Curriculum
As there are different sets used in the different countries. The teaching pattern is also
different the countries which varies. The learning outcome is the basic understanding of the
students that they should have the clear mindsets while learning something in the classroom.
The learning outcomes are the statements which defines the knowledge or the skills that the
student should acquire at the end of the particular assignment or the lecture of after the
teaching of the professional teacher within the classroom. It is very important for the student
to listen properly for the understanding because to perform in the exam the before hand
learning which is been taught in the class is important. The development of movement skills,
and social and emotional skills through physical play, and the development of knowledge and
skills to help keep students safe, healthy and active are provided for in the Health and
Physical Education curriculum. Purposeful exploration in personal and familiar contexts
provides an opportunity for students to harness their curiosity about people, places and how
their world works, as they develop skills in inquiry and investigation in science, and
Humanities and Social Sciences.

In these early years, the development of sensory, cognitive and affective appreciation of the
world is provided through exploratory, analytical and creative practices in The Arts and
Technologies curricula, and through the opportunity to learn a language using the Languages
curricula (Spivakovskyy, Spivakovska, Zozulov & Heiets, (2022).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that it is important that the students have certain
knowledge and skill in order to perform within the classroom and outside it. The professional
skill is essential part in the live of an individual the teaching and the learning is the secondary
part but the student first needs to enhance on its skills. Teaching philosophy is generally a
self-reflection which provides the statement of the person ‘s belief regarding their learning
and teaching experience. It conveys and provide a core idea and knowledge for being an
efficient teacher with a display disciplined management. There are various teaching resources
which are important and they play an important role for the learners. The use of the digital
technologies has changed the learning processes for the students which save the time and
energy. The development of movement skills, and social and emotional skills through
physical play, and the development of knowledge and skills to help keep students safe,
healthy and active are provided for in the Health and Physical Education curriculum.
