effective as it takes time as first information is going to be placed in a letter and then it will get
reach to another person which is a time taking process (Danielson, 2011).
Meetings: This sort of communicational style can be considered as an approach where

Henceforth, Better Placed Ltd. can use meeting communicating style as this sort of
technique is much effective in nature and management can give appropriate training to

It has been analysed that there are ample number of problem solving techniques that stay
present at workplace and it is required for organisation's training and development manager to
adopt the best one in order to organise and run training session in much effective and appropriate

effective way. Away with this, it has been located that proper training can aid in building an
effectual team along with squad dynamics. In this context, Better Placed Ltd is planning to
prepare a proper 2 days training sessions but there are many problems which can come across
while executing it like, lack of funds and resources, less understanding of places where an
individual requires training, inappropriate seminar with less tools and techniques and many
more. As this organisation is facing major issue with time management as every single activity is
not happening in an appropriate time (Rotter and et. al., 2012).

P4. Demonstrate that critical reasoning has been applied to a given solution
According to Matthew, Taylor and Ellis, 2012 problems can be solved through working
in a systematic or step by step manner. Through above discussed problem it has been critically
examined that Better Placed Ltd can reduce or remove all the activities that are taking time in
order to plan or while executing the training session. It is very much required for organisation to
keep on delivering products and services to consumers in much effective and appropriate
manner. Here, training will directly put positive impact on behaviour, skills, knowledge and
other things that may aid organisation in hitting their targets in effectual way (Meneses,
Rodríguez-Gómez and Ion, 2012).
I have also realised that there are ample number of tools and techniques which may aid
Better Placed Ltd to prepare proper presentation, allocating funds for every single activity,
delivering appropriate information to employees and so on.
With the help of different approaches managers of Better Placed Ltd can prepare proper
training and development session which directly help organisation in developing skills and
knowledge of staff members. Through this I have analysed that workers can become much
effective in nature at workplace if they will get appropriate training sessions from time to time
(Matthew, Taylor and Ellis, 2012).

P7. Reflection, importance of CPD and its contribution to own learning
After developing the whole two days training session, I have analysed that there are
various issues that can be faced while developing it. I also realised that some of employees were
happy and gained knowledge about objective. But, on the other hand, some of workers were not
been able to gather knowledge because they were less interested and this made me think that
company's manager should keep on communicating with employees in much effective manner so
that workers can share their own views and other things as well which may aid them in
improvising relation with managers and leaders (Johns, 2011).
