and problem solving skills that will also help me to manage all the projects within the provided
time period as well as solving respective issues within the organization with appropriate
maintenance of all the factors. However,, I am lacking complex problem solving skills which can
negatively impact my ability to become a good professional as well as lack of confidence which

can also negatively impact my future growth. I also identify that I am having a lack of learning
strategy skill which can also negatively impact myself in terms of becoming a good leader as
well as a good manager of my workplace.

terms of being grown in my career. I also identified that the threat of lower growth as a
professional is also there. I also identified that I am having an opportunity to increase the
sustainability of my future career. However,, there are some threats related to lack of business
understanding. In this context, I need to maintain all of my threats in such a manner that it can be
overcome with appropriate maintenance of all the factors that are required for it.

myself so that I can effectively work on each and every weakness of myself to grow as an
individual. Business management training would also be undertaken by myself as it is based
upon enhancing all the skills and knowledge related to business management which will help me
to enhance myself as a professional.
