The professional practices are related to conduct and work of the someone from specific
profession. The occupations and professions which needs prolonged education and training
period. They are overseen through professional bodies which many accredit educational
establishments and the qualified professionals. An environment that mainly supports the
professional practices is necessary factor to attain the better staffing, positive outcomes and high
staff satisfaction (Foley, 2020). The students will able to develop the better professional planning
goals to include how the technology can adopted to increase the workplace aspects. The students
will spend the one semester working on technology training project examining processes of
learning to increase existing workplace context. In this present report will going to discuss about
the ways in which the own professional values impact own practice in specialism area. Impact of
current educational policies on practices and curriculum in specialism area will be described in
detailed manner. There is going to explain the quality assurance and improvement arrangement
of company.

environment, ans should have a proper ethics that should be followed in the organisation. While
doing employment professionals asked graduates which professional competencies is important
in working place environment (Brooks, 2016). It can create professionalism by being productive,
creating professional image, by taking initiatives, maintaining effective working
habits ,managing the time efficiently or by solving the problems. It helps in building the

performance level. In relation to this, my area of specification provide assistance to both teacher
and students in which they easily understand the lesson present in the classroom for development
of specified area and further improvement. Apart from this, organisational needs is also refers to

understanding about the specified area and concept of education. This can be contributes in
providing quality and valuable learning programs to its students. On the other hand, if teacher
has not enough knowledge about educational concept then they fail in delivering valuable
