their mind and development of their key values and behaviour. Therefore, professionalism is an
ability to enhance own potential in a specialised way which will impact on whole career growth
in the teaching. An individual possess professional values attributes, knowledge and skill to
promote the same in the students and make their future bright. It is a main motive of a teacher to
make internal and external development of a child. Professional value refers to good ethics
respect towards others maintain integrity and respectful behaviour towards own education and
training. Whereas professional attributes are those which an individual must have while working
with others and learning in the same classroom (Kintu, Kitainge, and Ferej, 2019). This could
include collaborative working, teen building comma professional communication and concerned
towards other. Also professional knowledge and skills include how to treat people and work with
them. This include time management skills team building and collaboration are the most
important skills that needs to be a part of teaching profession in order to guide and instruct
students for build their capabilities and knowledge. In my own professional career in Business
and Management, I have much attributes and skills such as believe towards equality and

and Barrance, 2018). Therefore, in order to showcase combined skills which an individual have
which is another term of dual professionalism? Therefore, I have both business management and
teaching qualification which make me able to play a professional role in an educational
institution. I understand and have knowledge about how to teach student for their better
development and provide business related knowledge to cover an important topic in area of
subject. In my professional business and management, I provide all the knowledge about
business related activities and case studies to promote keep business capabilities and
management skills among students. I could easily understand and evaluate learning style of
different students to make them better understand about the concept.

sectors have declined their performance and growth but then the hope of retaking market share
has become possible through online opportunities and e-commerce platforms. These are the
decisions and Solutions provided by the partners and employers who are much closer to the
current modern environment of business in education and training. The students are undertaking
use of technology and expert training which give them competencies and knowledge regarding
their subject area. In own area of Business and Management, the employers and stakeholders
future. In the own field of Business and Management, stakeholder are those people who have
major responsibilities and key concern regarding decision making. So they must have right to
know all the practices which are impacting even positive or in negative manner so that they
