INTRODUCTION
To create event planning, professional practice considers an important role in the success
of business. In this way, different kinds of event management courses determine with practical
element where students plan and execute to bring many key principles and concepts of event
management (Manchester, Gray-Miceli and Owens, 2014). In this regard, present report based on
event plan helps to make successful results with professional practices which divided in certain
activities and break. In order to focus on the present report, it covers different range of
communication styles which are needed for event planning. Furthermore, problem solving and
importance develop in planning and running of event. Moreover, it determines team dynamics
with include variety of sheets to delegate activities and take part in building a team.

1. Different range of communication styles and formats which design for event (P1)
In order to plan for event, there are different kinds of communication styles considered. It
assists to focus on listing and understanding the meaning for message. Furthermore, written
communication is also determined as a message which read and communicate to observe a
person (Moen, Cotter and Sutter, 2018). Following are different communication styles
determined: Verbal communication: Verbal communication in business is determined by person and
phone. In this way, message send through oral medium. In this way, message will be
conveyed from sender to receiver through telephone. Therefore, effectiveness is also
increasing through establishing a clear and effective learning. As per the importance, it
can be depicted that communication portion also recognise which assists to manager to
communicate message correctly. Apart from this, in event, there are some other methods
also exist which help to communicate message in a systematic manner. Storytelling is
also an effective form which helps to serve important organization functions through help
and construct common meaning for individual. Written communication: Apart from verbal communication, written communication is
also an important perspective that helps to make effective results in communication.
Written message also impacts positively on the people to consider printed messages.
There are several examples of written communication such as memos, proposal, e-mails,

letters, training manuals, operating policies, etc. In event planning, these kinds of
material assists to maintain security. On the basis of conversation, effectiveness is also
developed which could be read by many people. For instance, employees, customers, etc.
There are certain exceptions such as voice main is an oral message. Further, conference
calls and speeches are one to many communication so that e-mail can have only one
recipient.
Non-verbal communication: Non-verbal communication also considers an important role

systematic manner (Fjellstrom, Mattsson Sydner and Lumbers, 2015). Following steps are
needed to be considered for problem solving: Define problem: To solve a particular situation, it has been seen that focus is needed on a
particular problem. Therefore, it requires techniques which includes flowcharts to assess
expected steps of process and cause and effect to define and analysis root cause. With the

Moreover, it is important for me to focus on time frame and activities that consider as per
resources. It is the best aspect which help to accomplish my own desired performances. On the
basis of above CPD plan, I have lack in many areas to attain and perform systematic work. As
results, it is important to increase ability and performances towards leadership skills, presentation
skills and communication skills. All these activities help me to get several benefits and
innovative work performances (Fjellstrom, Mattsson Sydner and Lumbers, 2015).

verbal and written style of communication must develop. It is the best aspect to attain more
effective results and maintain effectiveness in the event. Moreover, it focuses on CPD plan
which require to make effectiveness in the company to take proper care and maintain goals at
