Introduction
The module helps to enhance various skills and capabilities which will help to improve the
new areas in an effective manner. On the other hand, the project contains the necessary
details which will help the individuals to grow further in the future and capitalise on
multiple opportunities (Kaup, and et.al 2020). The report aims to analyse about
understanding the importance of the professional practices.
Key insights into learning on the module
I have learned various things in this module in order to become successful in the future and
become better in every manner. There are various areas which have been improved in an
effectively in order to gain the competitive advantage. I have also improved the skills which
includes the time management, decision making problem solving etc. The first skill which
is time management will help to compete the assignments on a timely manner and enhance
the overall performance(Kotu, and Deshpande, 2018). On the other hand, I have also
successfully develop the skills of decision making which will help me to perform better in
the uncertain situations and attain great results in the future. There are various advantages
which can be taken in an effective manner and create various career oriented opportunities
for the future. I have also improved the problem solving skills. In order to attain this I have
learned new things in the module. While researching for the extensive problems the
complex issues can be solved in a significant manner. I also use new things in order to gain
the competitive advantage. The main focus is to improve the areas and enhance the overall
performance in multiple situations. I have also focused on learning the new things from the
platform which could help to attain the overall goals and objectives in the future. The
learning theory which is been used is behaviourism. It is the stimulus of various things
which will help to attain the desired objectives in the future. This is the theory which
creates the adverse situations for every individual. With the help of this theory I have
enhanced the behaviour and learn new things in order to attain the respective growth in the
desired field. In the school lectures I have certainly focus on developing a healthy
relationship with every other person. I can freely ask the questions and clear the doubts in

the lectures. I have identified the areas in which I was lacking and achieve the satisfactory
results for the future. I have also implement the new ethics and values which could help to
complete the work on time. There are new viable measures which is been considerable
taken to improve the areas (Coghlan, 2019).
My strengths
Strengths – I have develop two strengths which is been as follows:
I have developed the strength of being creative and carry out the objectives in specified
manner (Adedoyin, and Soykan, 2020). I solve the problems in a creative way in order to
perform better in the uncertain situations.
I have also developed the strength of being more enthusiastic. I work in the positive manner
with the team and help them to work coordinated manner.

From the above report it has been analysed that there are various skills and capabilities which
could help to improve the areas and the main focus is to capitalise on multiple opportunities
in the upcoming future. Along with that, the main focus is to use the new theories to analyse
the areas of improvement and use them in order to gain the competitive advantage. For
further instance, the major focus is to use the new procedures which will help to become
more better for the future. There are various skill gaps which has been optimised in an
effectively.
