summarise the key reasons for failure.
Ans. As in the present years there is borrowing from the construction industry that has lead to
have failure in the IT Projects. As in the past decade the companies has tries a lot in order to
manage the projects but they are failed. This is just because of companies does not try to
solve their IT problems which has cause to become the big problem in the market. The
companies in the market are unable to find the proper requirement in order to manage the
projects which has lead to have failure in the IT projects. This also happening because of
unavailability of the resources in the market which has affected the work of IT companies.
Task 2: Reflective Commentary (300-500 words)

Ans. The current session was based on the project management skills that are the most
required skills in the today’s era. This was the most interesting part I have got the learning of
skills that helps me to have the development in my career. I have learnt about the things like
management of the projects by having the good scheduling of the time. The thing I was not
sure about that this session will be helpful for me in my near future. As I was not be to attend
the full session due to which I miss some things which I could have might learnt from there. I
have to work on my communication skills that help me to develop the proper communication
with the people. As it is very important for the people to have the proper management of the
people in the university. I have to develop my skill that is leadership skills that is the most

required skills which helps me to have the proper setting of the work. Further my active
listening was good that helps me to have the learning of good and interesting things in the
session. Further in order to have good communication skills it helps me to have good
conversation with the people. This helps me develop and enhance my active-listening
skill. This was one of the best sessions that helps me to have improvement in leadership
skills and makes me good leader in the workplace. I will also do the on the job training that
helps me to know about the work performed in the organization. By having the regular
practice on the development it will improve my management skills. By developing this skills,
it helps me to have bright future by having enhance in my skills and knowledge and develop

my skills that are required to become the good leader. I am just seeking to become the good

Ans. The role I am seeking for is to develop my skills, knowledge and behaviour which help
me to become the good project manager. By having the development it will also enhance my
leadership skills which helps me to become the good manager.

Ans. In order to become and have the role of project manager I have to develop my
management skill which helps me to have the proper management while working in the
workplace. As my goal is to become the one of the best project manager which improves my

Ans. In order to develop the new knowledge, skills and behaviour it is very necessary to have
the proper time table and plan. The steps are to be followed are: I will read more and more

Ans. Steps to do the task is written below:
1.At first i will write goal which I have to attain.
2. Further I will set the time line to achieve goal.

In order to follow the set plan there were some things that I forget to follow was to
have the feedback on the previous work done in the development of goals. This used
to have the things went wrong which I have need to focus on by having the proper
evaluation in order to develop my skills.
In my previous work done i will be having the another plan which increases my
knowledge by having the development of goals. I can also take the feedback from the
people which helps me to develop my skills and to have better work in the future.
