Introduction
The professional practices are related to conduct and work of the someone
from specific profession. The occupations and professions which needs
prolonged education and training period. They are overseen through
professional bodies which many accredit educational establishments and
the qualified professionals.

Quality improvement and quality assurance
arrangements of own organization
Quality improvement is consider as an effective and systematic formal
approach that used to analyse performance and efforts to improve overall
performance. In this context, the main purpose of quality improvement is
to improve as well as develop outcomes with the aim of attaining success
in specific area. Mainly, it is also considered as an important components
of performance management system that includes three determined
characteristics used to improve policies, programs and outcomes.

Function of self-assessment and self-evaluation and
the quality cycle
Self assessment is consider as an important activity for leader that help them
in evaluating their own performance. As it is also used to develop
students specific learning skills that they will required for attaining
professional competence. Along with this, process of self assessment is
also provide assistance in keeping students more aware and at the same
time also make them more responsible for their own learning process

Learning program taking account of the quality
maintenance of own organization
Quality is one of the significant aspect for a leader in educational sector as it
help learner to improve their own performance. In relation to this, it is
important for teacher to develop proper learning programs so that students
can get quality values. This can be contributes in maintaining positive and
quality performance. In order to improve their performance, organising
proper training and development programs is an effective learning programs
that provide assistance in maintaining quality performance within the
organisation.

Areas for improvement in the learning program

In order to improve performance of people, learning programs considered as an
important aspect that used to improve quality standard in the educational
institutes. This can be effective in enhancing their career growth. In relation

communication is important for sharing all the necessary information with
