Introduction
Community worker are the one who are marginalised for tacking the problems that may
face the issues which are related to issues face by local area. The main role of the community
worker is to make different policies which are helpful for them to manage and represent their
voices for the targeted group (Alam and et.al., 2021). The policies which are applicable to the
companies are considered as per local and national level. In this project a reflection is conducted
which are related reflection on an improve own professional practice. All of the four example are
associated through the different situation faced at workplace.
Example 1- Shower
This is related to the caring facilities which are provided by our organisation to the old
age people. We are trying to make daily routine of the scrub bath to the old age people or sick
people who are not being able to serve their personal services to themselves. I learned first time
when I started to work in the community worker's team. How they are provide effective
approaches and take care facilities due to some uncertainty which are happened with the client.
As most of the people for whom we are serving our services are mainly old age people or anyone
who are suffering form disorder of any physical well-being. This will include in the body and
community care, this will help the people to manage and being a healthy environment and body
style within their society. Further I understand shower more while working in the team when
most of the clients and their families are make complaints due to ineffective approaches which
are face by the company. I understand that people are very conscious about their initiate area that
people who can clean their intimate area by their own. They prefers to do by themselves not with
the help of any caretaker.
Example 2- Aggressive
When it comes to make appropriate team management, it is related to make an interaction
between the members and make involvement within the conflicts which are occurring. I faced
different aggressive nature co-workers which help them to manage the activities during
completion of task. As in a situation, one of the my team member are facing the high level of
aggression within team management. Which make an conflict within an organisation within the
team members. There are lots of issues which is faced by me when aggressive nature people are
work in the team, this become important for the leader to manage team in a right manner. As I

know that aggressive behaviour is all related to different cause of physical or emotional harm of
the others all of these are related to verbal abusive language to physical abuse. People who are
working in a community team, they had to be more concerning nature and emotionally attached
with others. I experienced there are different type of organisation which are related to accidental,
expressive, Hostile and instrumental nature. So it can be said the experience which I gained as a
community worker, it is important to understand the aggressive nature of mental and physical
health facilities.
Example 3- Dementia
When I started work in the community department, I learned that people who are working
or for whom we are working are majorly suffering from dementia in the society. So It could be
one of the major issues and problem that face by the community workers to manage and lead the
team. This issues make the big difference in order to make their own clients, or facing number of
complaints through clients, their family member and work as per their basic abilities. This is one
of the declining issues such as forgetfulness. This is the symptom which are related to different
diseases and brain disorder. My clients who are facing this issues that may affect as per the
memories and treatment workers. One of the client are facing this issue and he always forgot
about the incident which occur before rarely 3-4 hours. Which make a big difference in their
daily life and he feel depressed and demotivated. I try to make him relevant strategies like try to
make notes, effective way to record the important things. Further follow the doctors prescription
which are required. So this will give a relatable concern about my clients and try to make them
more effective approach for lived their life and make more happiness.
Example 4- Stoicism
This technique will teach the people about the development activities of self-control and
make a fortunate techniques for overcoming the emotional deductive emotion within the body.
There are lots of client which are make different faces and issues related to different major
accretive on the basis of stoicism. First I make learning opportunities which are related to
stoicism and then with the help of team members I learned various issues and technique due to
major relation of self-control. This will control major issues and challenges which are face by the
clients in order to analysis and make supportive theories and practices. I try to give best solution
and practice which are needed by the client and make supportive document that must be related

to effective approaches and suitable success. I learned how to work, behave, moderation and
trust of having someone commitment and their relation which are related to different access and
approaches for the development of people and their wealth being.
Conclusion
From the above report it is concluded that the reflection is very helpful for making
effective approaches and sustainable changes due to make effective approaches. This reflection
is all related to major interaction, moments, specified community and try to make complaining
nature of company which serve different issues and management services (Wiggins and Rodela,
2021). This will be related to the my own personal practice which are worked while different
community departments. That will help my own working abilities and enhance the opportunities
to manage my daily working capabilities and gentleman abilities.
