advancement. Academic abilities are a methodology that uses strategies,
organizational skills, and successful interpersonal skills that assists people in
studying and obtaining information about a subject area. Students are equipped

perform its job in effective and efficient way.
• I've learned how to effectively handle sales and marketing methods. Such skills
and talents are critical for a marketing executive in a firm. My juniors receive
instruction and supervision from me in terms of sales and marketing approaches.
• I obtain useful information about supplies and warehouses, which I will pass on
to my colleagues in order to increase my likelihood of succeeding (Kozak,
Rudynskyi, and Kozak, 2021).
• Decision-making ability is critical for advertising & distribution managers in
order to make timely judgments in order to meet their objectives. Additionally,
effective decision making may aids managers for representing its staff that they
values its work as well as having its best interests into mind. In addition to this,
when they undertakes te period for evaluating, analyzing and explaining decision,
they also present thoughtfulness as well as trustworthiness. Moreover, this is also
critical for their success. It comes from the require to resolve an issues or the

On self leadership strategies I have understood that there are 3 types of subjects.

influence in order to prompt my team to achieve our goal. For example, if I know
the direction that we should follow and we are motivated, we will definitely be
successful. In this case, as long as I make a proper plan, discuss with the team and
listen to their suggestions as well ,our project will be a good one.
One of other topics (that I have used to put in practice) is motivating the staff.
Moreover, it is undertaken to be the main success of organization. Additionally, it
is the level of commitments, leads and energy which firms staff bring towards the
day to day life. As without this, entities experiences minimized the productivity,
lower outputs levels as well as this is likely that the firm would fall short for

according to our plan or rewarding the staff that deserves it, we will definitely
help us to be a strong team that will manage to achieve the result that we all aim
for.

in private life, including the following:

• Motivational abilities — I've learned how to motivate my employees in many
