in functions of management through enhancing communication skills and knowledge by working
in systematic manner. This helps in enhancing knowledge and improvise skills in corrective
measure through expanding knowledge of learners in respective manner.

5.1 The quality improvement quality assurance in the organization:
Oxford university take responsibility of their stakeholders and community, they offer high
standard of learning and reaching to the stakeholders. The Oxford university need to challenge
themselves to improve the quality, it is very important them to monitor their quality and make
certain improvement in the process (Chaki, et.al., 2019). It is very clear that every university
need manage quality to ensure the performance remain more effective. As a teacher of Oxford
university I need to ensure that I provide quality assurance to the college. There are certain tools

5.2 Self assessment and self evaluation in quality cycle:
The quality cycle means systematic methods in learning and gaining adequate knowledge, this
help in providing feedback and identify certain change which will be required in the process of
teaching. Self assessment is one of them most adopted thing by a teacher, this help them to hide
weakness. The process of self assessment means a teacher might need to look at oneself to assess
certain aspect of identity. The self evaluation in quality cycle means a person or teacher might
need to self evaluate from informal session or taking feedback from the student. As a teacher I
know the importance of self evaluation because this help in the identifying the weak area which
effect the quality of the performance. Self assessment and self evaluation are very important in
the context of standardizing performance.

the interest of the learner back on the track, enriching the learning of learner is the major area
