INTRODUCTION
Professional principals and values refers to the guidelines which needs to be developed which
can be used to evaluate business related beliefs or principals which help in the development of
professional behaviour. These values may reflect ethics, practices, norms and standards within a
commercial environment which needs to be developed as a professional development.
This study includes ways of professional development which is carried out in reflecting
the health and social care practices, reflection using tools to measure health care practices,
development of themes for the development of the professional career, evaluating difference
between practice themes and other performance indicator, reflection through the framework,
reviews gathered for the personal and professional development of the individual, targets for the
development of career pathway.
LO1
This study reflects the social development of the workers at the workplace this study is used for
the development of the workers health and social care which needs to be developed. This tells us
about the need of reflection and the purpose of the reflection, which tells us about the practices
which are carried are in the right direction and the record done in the basis of the reflection. The
work don is in right place and in the right direction. It is necessary for every firm to develop
health and social care practices. As many of the workers suffers from mental or physical illness
which needs to be addressed so as to develop a social well being of the workers at
HSC(Almutairi, Salonitis and Al-Ashaab, 2019).
P1 Role of reflection of health and social care practices
There is a need of improving a social and personal care in the organization as it will help
in the development of the workers. Health care awareness needs to be defined within the
organization which helps in the development of personal care. Various health care practices can
be evaluated to create awareness and social responsibility within the organization. This
elaborates about the support provided by the colleagues within the workplace. This tells us about
the psychology, biology and nutrition practices which needs to be addressed to implement a safe
working conditions.
Biology defines the social well being and the preventive measures to overcome those health
related issues at workplace. It defines the range of illness and preventive measures which needs

to be addressed in order to have a healthy lifestyle. It teaches us the ways which needs to be
taken in case of emergency within the workplace.
Psychology is the key to a healthy human being if a person is psychologically fit and aware of the
happenings around can work efficiently and enthusiastically. A person suffering psychological
illness will be inattentive with the work they carry out. They will be less active and their work
ethics and work conduct will be unfair(Antric, McKie and Toledano, 2019).
M1 reflective practices applied
Nutrition practices will make people aware about the physical development of the individuals
which help in maintaining the physical structure free and safe from diseases. A proper diet must
be followed which can provide an healthy living and work structure. Nutritions required for the
body needs to be fulfilled for a healthy body.
These practise will create a healthy lifestyle and supports workers which help in the creating a
healthy working environment(Brenda Scott and Mindy Thompson, 2018).
P2 Tools used for health and social care practices:
Various tools used for health and social care practices which aims for the growth and awareness
of the personal health and social care. This can be done about the awareness about the
situation(Brown and et.al., 2017).
The situation identification- identifying a situation of crisis within the workplace which can be
used to identify the problems relates to the workers at the workplace. What are the preventive
measures which can be taken in order a situation which is identified at the workplace to make
improved working ability(Ellis, 2016).
Emotional State: the situation's impact on the personal development of the individual and for the
well being of firm. The effect that the situation has put up on workers and measures to come out
of the emotional state.
Sense of the situation: recognising the situation and analysing the situation which will help in the
development of the workers. Analysing the situations for providing the best result output. This is
the evaluation of the situation which can be used to provide and alternative solution in the future
which can help in the development of the employees(Goodwyn and et.al 2017).

of the firm. This ensures the ethical practice needs to be carried out with resect to the regulations
introduced by the firm. This practice must be ensured within the workers to ensure the working
practices and to develop the safe working environment within the organization laws governed by
the organization needs to be carried easily. The working culture needs to be safe and free as per
the requirements of the firm.
Professional values, attitudes and behaviour in health and social care: Professional values must
be developed within the individuals to provide a safer and ethical work culture professional
values neds to be developed which can be used in the working culture, a systematic work related
culture needs to be developed so as work ethics needs to be build which can provide a safer
workplace which can eliminate the health issues within the workplace and to develop the sense of
better working practices. The behavioural change in the organization needs to be changed
(Kiran and et.al., 2017).

Health, Safety and safeguarding through the Lifespan- As a professional development of the
individuals the organization needs to focus on the health and safety of the workers working
within the organization. If the health and safety concerns within the environment are safeguard
and introduced within the work culture there must be a better working atmosphere. As in the
organization there are many health related issues which needs to be addressed in the working
culture. The peace of mind and better functioning leads to the healthy atmosphere in the
organization which delegates in improvement of the lifespan of the work.
Valuing and promoting diversity, difference and inclusion: diversity needs to be practices within
the working culture which increases the efficiency of the working culture and provide a diverse
culture within the environment which increases the performance of the working culture of the
organization. Organization must value the workers which will give a wise use of the working
culture of the organization. Difference and racism must be evaluated within the work which must
be minimised reducing the complexity of the work culture.
Promoting physical and mental health and well being in health and social care practice: problems
related to physical and mental healthcare needs to be addressed which can provide a safe working
atmosphere social care practices will increase the all round development of the firm, improving
the capacity and capabilities of the workers. Physical and mental health can be improved by
promoting the health care practice which can evaluate the increased result and the performance of
the firm.
Applied Mathematics: Applied Mathematics must be introduced within the working environment

discussed needs to be learnt to develop the skills which can be used to generate and evolve the
learning skills. Which helps in the development of the skills which will improve the skills and the

M2 summary of plan developed
Various means through which the evaluation is carried out is through the STP, KPI and
benchmarking which traces the record and evaluation of everyday data is carried out which gives
the improvement chart of the individual and tracks the record of the workers which help in the
development of the individuals. By the targets given to the workers their record is evaluated out
which can be used to generate the skills and work on the development of the firm. A healthy
mind works more efficiently than the unpleasant mind which can be used to generate more skills.
As the workers achieve the targets they are provided with various reward facilities. Which boosts
the confidence of the workers and maintaining the growth and working of the workers. STP
traces how efficiently the worker works and the problems faced by them can be resolved by
providing a feedback and training which can help in the improvement(Levin, 2015).

This plan is affective as it gives all the problematic approach to the solutions which are identified
above. Through various evaluation by STP, KPI and benchmarking evaluation is carried out. And
a systematic implementation is carried out which provides satisfactory results.

P5 Methods to gain evidence of reflective practices
Various methods which are used to gain confidence of the reflective practices which can be used
to evaluate out the personal development, this can be carried out by the use of reflective journals
which can help in evaluation of reflective practices. Various methods carried out are:
Focus on the thoughts and use it in the right means which can help in the evaluation and
usage of the techniques. Right thoughts can develop new ideas.
Development of the voice by means of the concentrating on the speech and for the
development of the speech which can helps in boosting up the confidence of the workers.
Experimenting with the ideas which can boosts up the thought and improve the working
skills. As ideas are evolved complex situations can be handled(Luz Stamm, 2016).
Thinking skills can be improved with the involvement of the complex tasks which can be
