There are various types of skills that developed during the module which
increase efficiency, quality and productivity of work and hence impact on professional
growth. In the starting I was facing challenges in managing time as number of new task
has to performed and submits on time but after sometimes taking help from professor
and schedule every activity overcome from time management problem . Able to identify
that I am good team participation as in various project my enthusiasm was great even
appreciate teachers for the same. Share my opinion, view in positive way for the team
task and hence it can easily understand by other and different times my guesses come
true for various activities. I have good communication skills which increase my influence
over other, and I am able to take output from them timely with greater efficiency and
productivity. It will help individual when he will start working with Multinational Company
where leadership plays important role for achieving higher goals as well as improve
position (Chang, 2019).
I was three times project leader for different tasks and able to complete on time
which improve image in front of teachers as well as students in University. Effective
communication skills again help in talking to people nicely and gain their confidence
easily (. I am able to understand that am good at verbal as well as non-verbal form of
communication. Problem solving skill was also good which help in taking decision on
time and complete activity productively. There are a lot of skills which I have gained
from the presentation which is present and this can be very helpful for me in the further
than well. There are time limitations which were provided to the students and in that
time frame the discussion was supposed to take place. It is important to keep in mind of
the time frame because in the career development this skill is going to be a lot helpful
Bennett and et.al., 2016).
Tasks are going to be prepared by me which have to accomplished on time so
that there is going to be higher achievement which would be present. In the
presentation only important topics have to be covered which I gathered from this task
which is going to be very good for the development which would be present. Confidence
is another skill which is had developed from this because that is going to be helpful for

me in the future as well and that would also make me be able to give out my point of
views effectively making sure that I am being able to put further my ideas and
knowledge effectively. Interaction with the audience is very essential so that there is
going to be better interest level and connection of the audience with the topic which is
going to be present and that is going to be a great factor for the overall development
which is going to be present. The gestures and body language also has to be strong
because while giving a presentation this factor is going to make the audience be at least
present in the idea and information (Topping, 2018). There is a lot of competition which
is present in the career option which I have set for myself and that is going to require
help and improvement in the skills which are required for me to be able to achieve the
goals and be satisfied with my work.
I have learned so many lessons during my module that in the beginning I have to
make PDP plan and accordingly I have to perform task. It can easily understand from
the experience that I have to work on my skills such as time management leadership,
communication so that it can contribute in my professional growth . Couching for
software will help in better communication and attract professors as well as improve my
image in front of them. However, friends and family continuous support developed as
well as improved various types of qualities that are required for changing business and
contributing in my professional as well as personal growth. Taking Feedback, opinion
and suggestion for my work again help me in analysing various types of problems so
that I can work accordingly and effectively and hence impact on my professional
behaviour. I am able to identify that there are number of qualities which are already
existed in me which can help me in doing work properly as well as on time and hence
prepare me for corporate world.
