Introduction
In this below report it covers a reflection of the individual and then it covers Gibbs reflective
model which could help in understand the assignment through learning and experiences
(Bremen, and et.al., 2021). Then it covers some of the weakness which are coming in between
and how can these weaknesses turn into opportunities.
Main body
What is reflection?
Writing reflection is the process of allowing you to communicate with the instructor a
sharing of specific article in understanding of class related material. It is a paper which is
personal and subjective. The reflection is most important for health professionals because health
professional is continuously learning and improving their practises in daily life (Kaghazchi,
Shahdany, and Roozbahani, 2021). In modern life reflective practises play a major role in
healthcare and social professionals.
Gibbs reflective model
Gibbs model is the model which is invented by Graham Gibbs and which is given in the
year 1988. It is a structure that is learning from experiences. There are certain stages which
comes under this model. These stages are discussed below:
 Description: In this first stage there is chance to describe this situation in detail. In this
some of the questions that raise what happened. As in this I have to decide the different
sections that the research has only on element. We have to give over selves which is an
enough time before the deadline.
 Feeling: I was happy at the time when I was divided in the work between the team. I was
certain at the time and have little motivation in order to actually do rewriting. This has
helped me in working hard in the evening and getting work done faster.
 Evaluation: in this stage of Gibbs model, as while working on this assignment there is a
good quality of work produced and work has competed before the deadline (Sha, and
et.al., 2021). It is evaluated that the people from the group have cancelled their plans to
work with us. But then I continuously work towards the work and wrote it in a same way.

 Analysis: In this stage, the analyse which is taken in this given assignment is that person
could have to be say which part of assignment they have to complete and hoe this is
distributed in the given field.
 Conclusion: The conclusion which is made of this situation that how each section will
look and feel like having done this task and putting this section together. Lastly, I learned
that sometimes we have to face some of the challenges that could be benefited to the team
but not for you.
 Action plan: When I will work on this task again then I will focus on my strength and
weakness that could help me performing my work properly and securely. Also, I will
focus on the team a well.
Reflection on weaknesses
My major weaknesses are that I take a lot of stress and my communication skills are one of
the most important skills which I do not have. I am very poor at manging my team and make
them motivating. I have to focus on these weaknesses so that I could help in increasing of these
weaknesses into my weaknesses.
I am working on these weaknesses by taking meditation sessions and taking some of the
major weaknesses into consideration so that I could be able to work on the strength and convert
them into opportunities. One of them weakness I ack of communication skills, as for that I am
talking to everyone else in daily routine and writing one or two pages everyday to improve my
communication skills. If my communication skills are good then by this, I will be able to get
better job position in my near future and results in gaining ad achieving of gaols and objectives.
Conclusion
From the above it is concluded that reflection is most basic thing which is produced for
learning and experiencing. Then there is a SWOT analysis which helps in focusing on my
weakness and how could I improve those weakness.
