Description facts
While working on Foundation level learning programme I was think
about the various things that how much skills and knowledge I have lacked
behind and through which i cannot achieve many goals or objective. This can
be happened at time when i need to work and myself well-developed for having
some more goals and objective to be complete.
Description thoughts
I was feeling quite frustrated due to having less skills through which in
present time i am facing various challenges and that could also led for having
less growth and not having the well-developed. I was also thinking about for
upcoming things i will make sure about those skills which are not being
developed i will try to developed while by using the strategy.
Evaluation
The thoughts and facts have highly impact on each other that my skills
and knowledge that are lacking behind. such skills as interview skills,
reflective skills and writing skills that could myself not for having the better
work. As they both have impact on each other in making sure about that in
next programme i will be more keep the skills and other knowledge to be well-
developed.
Analysis
I have analysed that how much of skills and various things are not being
so developed through which i am facing challenges. I must be required to
developed the proper communication skills, writing skills while through that
help me for making the proper relation with many other people and could also
led for having self development. I have also analysed about the interview skills
which is most important for making the future for working with the better and
that could also led for having better satisfaction in jobs.
Conclusion
I will have main focus for improving the skills that might be interview,
writing and reflective skills through which i cannot make over the focus on any
other things. while by observing Foundation level learning programme and
that could be also important for taking decision and working for having the
better working skills. In improving the skills i will also make sure about the
various strategy like read books, watching news and some important things.
