INTRODUCTION
Reflective essay is the form of easy in which an individual expresses ones own feeling,
experience, view and ides in their own language and mode. It is helpful in describing the view in
easy essay form.
The above study is based on the module which is being learned by the student in module
the module which is being learned in the university is the Bucks graduate attributes. The
reflective essay is being prepared on the basis of that module which includes the how and why
learner developing during the module. The report ends with the reflection on how to approach
further challenges and expectations of university course.
MAIN BODY
I had learned and developed many things during this module which is helpful for me in
my academic career as well as professional career. The knowledge and its application are helpful
for individual for getting success in the education. The individuals should prepared and
developed the different skills and knowledge which is helpful for the individual in getting the
employment. So that individual can develop self-development and responsibility among them
and so that they can get through with the better employment (Soto Gómez, Serván Núñez and
Caparros-Vida, 2016). The four things are being developed by me in the module which are
Leadership and self development, knowledge and its application, social & ethical awareness &
responsibility and creativity. These are helpful for an individual to learn several things under the
module and helpful in creating the better career option in the future. There are many things
which are learned from the leadership and self-development are communication skills, team
work, tracking responsibility, independence, decision making, resilience, initiative, ability to take
criticism and collaboration which is helpful for an individual in developing the academic and
professional career of an individual (Sharif and Zainuddin, 2017). It can b developed by the
gaining feedbacks from the job applications, leading the curriculum based projects, participating
in the workshops skills, by leading, participating, a student society. It is helpful for me very
much. With the help of creativity many things are learned from it that is commercial awareness
in which the production ODF things or ideas can be generated and thus getting aware about it,
flexibility, innovation and problem solving this all are necessary being learned which is helpful
in developing many qualities in me which is further helpful for me in developing my career for

the job and employment. This all qualities will be helpful for my further job career in which
things are being learned and accessed by me. It is not necessary to be creative a creative course is
being developed by the individual.
It can be developed by fundraise, improving outside from the comfort zone, delivering
project for an employer etc., this all further induces the various skill which can be further
developed and implemented by me in my life so that my goals can be specifically evaluated
(Nelson and Witte, 2017). Knowledge and its application are learned by reflection, using the
digital resources, by understanding the technological innovations, various application of
learnings in several settings and investigating wide range of resources. It can be learn by getting
the sector related work experience so that with the help of these I could learn different things
related to the job and get further employment on the basis of experience. Portfolio and blog can
be started and created so that it can be helpful for getting the better job and employment
opportunities. Exploring the online resources, journals and various tools which are related to the
job sector so that it can be further use in the professional career. Professional body and forum
which will be helpful in learning about new development. I can also find a mentor so that I can
easily develop the things under the guidance of the mentor. From social and ethical awareness
and responsibility the things learned which are sustainability that is (economic, environmental
and personal), global citizenship, rights & justice, empathy, cultural awareness and integrity.
This all can be learned under this which is helpful for me in learning the ethical and social
responsibility of mine towards the nation and company where I will be working further. It can be
learned by the becoming the volunteer, becoming a friend of the international student so that
easily learn the ethical and social responsibility. By becoming a volunteer also I could learn and
experience many things which will be further helpful in my career growth.
Many challenges and expectations which are being faced by me as individual during the
module. These challenges and expectations during the module bound an individual in learning
and getting new things to e learned and developing those four skills which are necessarily being
learned by me. Future challenges can be approached by the effective learning and self confidence
which will be helpful for individual in getting and learning the leadership and development
(Hosein and Rao, 2017). It includes many skills which is further helpful for me in getting
different job opportunities for me and developing my career. For learning knowledge and its
application future challenges can be solved by the various innovation and development in self so

that new skills can be developed by me for further development in my self confidence.
Challenges among the creativity can be solved by getting a learning the problem solving skills,
innovations and production of things and ideas which is further accessed by me in my qualities.
The module will be understood and processed without the practical knowledge so that it could be
completed effectively and all things must have learned properly.
Various strategies are being formed and noting down the things which are important for
me to right down. Failures could also being gained under this module but it can be attained by
learning the positive from the failure and developing the self confidence and communication
skills so that the things can be solved and learn various things further and developed the skills in
me for future growth in my career. There are many challenges and barriers which can be come in
front while accessing and thus it can be solved by using the different strategy and approaches in
different cases (Gaus, 2017). The university course is must have addressed and managed by me
and I had learned the all things properly in the module and challenges are also easily solved by
me as the communication challenge I used to talk with my teacher to help me with that and after
that they concentrate on the communication skills and help me out in learning the
communication skills so that it can be helpful for me in gaining the appropriate career growth in
me for my professional and academic career growth.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it is concluded that the module is very helpful for a student in
learning, developing and creating the individual as innovative leaders, creative capacities and in
professional so that the individual can get the job opportunities easily in the 21st century with the
help of this module. The individual can have a self development in them so that it can be helpful
for the career growth a development. Effective communication skills, problem solving, flexibility
all are helpful in getting and developing the better career job opportunities. At last it had created
a better opportunities in the professional and academic career growth.
