I have a social-interpersonal way of learning. I feel that I have good social awareness and a good way
interacting with the people around be it a team member, a colleague or a complete stranger. This
learning style is generally out getting along well with people, respective their feelings and a common

My Belbin team role is being the driver. I feel that I will always be working in a place which makes
me grow. With this ever growing vision I will always be having a all the positive points of that
working place and tasks that are being given. Hence helping others feel the same is one of the task

My conflict style is accommodating of solving the conflict. In my vision first of all there must never
be a conflict because each and every member works for the betterment of the company or
