INTRODUCTION
The term “graduate challenge” can be referred as the process or the program which
covers the various aspects which are going to be performed in the graduation period of an
individual person. As every individuals persons shows their performance, skills and information
about the different companies in the corporate market. There are many issues and challenges that
are faced by the individual during the graduation period and to overcome those challenges the
individual person can provide their understanding, information and analysis to enhance and build
their personality. The individual can learn its own importance and build their own personality
while having graduation. (Click, 2018). There can be a electronic portfolio which can be present
to record all the different activities and challenges of the person different stages and levels
during the graduation period. With the help portfolio the information can be safely used as a
evidence and recorded in different projects which is used to manage the information with the
latest technology. The portfolio helps in managing and keeping the record of files, input,blogs,
multimedia and different electronic files. The main of purposes of portfolio is to have the proper
format, that will help to generate and learn different action plans and personal development. The
report is based on the graduation challenges that an individual faces and with the help of the
portfolio the record can be kept. The report includes the challenges, skills, workforce along with
its conclusion.
MAIN BODY
Challenges
 Debate Challenge
The important challenge in the presentation skills is the choice of topic that can take the
presentation carry up in efficient manner. The topic that can be chosen for the presentation is the
impact of diversity policies in the workforce culture of different companies in the corporate
world. The business purpose in this challenge is to find out the impact of diversity policies in the
workforce culture.(Jaekel, 2020). So that the business related information can be generated
through the effective debate of the presentation the important learning is of time management.
With the help of effective time management skills the objectives can be achieved effectively and
efficiently on time and skills can be defined with in a specific period. The debate challenge can
be proved to be more helpful and effective in building the strong portfolio of the individual

person. With this the areas of important in which an individual can work to overcome those
weaknesses can be identified and evaluated to run the different activities effectively.(Singh,
2019).
 Presentation challenges
While preparing the presentation there are the various challenges that can be arise and faced by
the individuals. And the different presentation challenges affect the presentation in aspect of
coordination, bad delivery of the presentation. And if the presentation is supposed to be
presented in a team then these challenges can affect the presentation in terms of coordination and
presenting. The main challenge that can be faced while delivering the presentation is the lack of
communication skills while delivering the presentation, being to verbal, insufficient information.
Lack of communication skills can affect the presentation. By improving the communication
skills and using sufficient and relevant information the challenge can be overcome by the
individual. As the lack of communication skills can affect the whole performance of the
individual so to overcome the challenge by having good communication skills and using
sufficient information it helps in taking the attention of the audience and helps in delivering the
good presentation in front of the audience. (Priyono and Nankervis, 2019).As efficient and
effective communication skills is considered as one of the different challenges so that these skills
can be improved by the individual and helps to gain more efficiency and earn profits. (Mok and
Jiang, 2018). As a result effective presentation skills helps in developing the strong portfolio for
the individual and presentation can be prepared by using e portfolio.
 T shirt challenge
In various business practices there is a challenge faced by the individual is of t shirt challenge.
The logo can be provided at the t shirt so that marketing can be done of the brand at the markets.
There are various business conditions that are to be taken into the consideration during the
segmentation of the market and and for effective determination of the target market for
delivering the product to the customers and increasing the customer satisfaction.
 Hotel challenge
There are various challenges can be faced by the individual and one of them is the challenge of
hotel challenge in which according to the present situation there are various issues and problems
are faced in hotels in serving, hosting of the customers and building the customer satisfaction and

resolving their queries can be faced as a barrier by the individual. For this the individual having
the great interest and having the skills to handle the customers well are more preferable.
Skills
 Communication skills
Communication is the medium to sending the message to the receiver with the consideration of
sending the information with the specific motive and getting the transparency in the thoughts.
From the various challenges, I learned the certain things and make sure that right information
should reach to the audience or the receive in order to sustain the clear message. (Wette and
Furneaux, 2018). I also ensure that the right message should be sent to the listener and make the
strong communication in the workplace. While overcoming the challenge of presentation, It is
necessary for me to improve my communication skills and for that I have use the systematic
approach like what to say, how to say and when to say, It makes the clear viewpoint in the mind
of speaker and the listener as well and the clear message will be sent. I have also used the
Laswell 's model, It is the systematic approach that help me in eliminating the barriers of
communication and suggest me how to frame the sentence and the appropriate information will
be transferred to the listener. I have the stage fear and I am not good in the presentation but with
the good communication, I am able to present my self nicely and complete my presentation with
good approach.
 Time management skills
It is the main consideration that every employee should have in their work place for the timely
accomplish of each task. It is the important attribute that makes the good leader. I have faced the
challenge while I am not able to manage my time and not able to complete my task on time. For
improving myself, I have used the Pareto principle. This help in managing my ask in effective
manner. This split all the task in to segment through which task which have to dine prior can be
identified easily. For the T-shirt challenge, This help in achieving the set goals in the efficient
manner and I also understand the understand the importance of time in the workplace.
 Teamwork
This is the skills that need to be developed in achieving the group goals of the organisation and
for this It is important to cope with the team by working together with the aim of creating the
good employees relationship in the organisation. I have joined the group seminars and group
assignment to be complete for the learning of the teamwork skills. I am trying to corporate with

the other people in the organisation and also make sure the elimination of all the issues that
hurdling the teamwork in the company. (Zapata, 2020).
 Business skills
This is the important skill that is needed to be learned by every employee and the manager in
order to run their organisation in smooth manner. This will help me in overcoming the challenges
the presentation skills, leadership skills and in problem solving. (Jessop, Saunders and Pontin,
2019). I have faced many problems in setting the budget. I am not good at excel and needs to
learn about the certain things. This will help in accomplishing the business activities in a right
approach.

of the individual. The above report is explaining the different challenges and ways to overcome
that challenges, skills and the action plan that can be used by the individuals in business to
improve their personality.
