I feel that having a mentor will really be very helpful for me as this will help me in the following
areas
I will be able to work over my listening skills. His will also enable me to work over my levels of
concentration. As I will have to listen to the advices and the lectures being given by my mentor, I
will naturally be able to work over my listening, writing and also speaking skills.
This will enable in developing a very good effective communication sill. This is because I will
be giving regular feedback to my mentor. This will help me to get rid of my hesitation and
therefore I will always be able to take part in all the ongoing conversations in the later years of
my educational life.
Learning will become a continuous process for me as I will be able to exchange many good and
interesting ideas from the mentor. This will help me to gain many new ideas about learning and
also about the world. In other words, I will be gaining knowledge not only about m subject but
also about may other things in the world. This in turn will be helping me to gain a very wider
perspective of knowledge and also understanding.

I will be taking part in all the upcoming ACS events. This is because of the fact that in this
digitalized world, I will have to use the modern methods like the usage of the ICT materials. This

I will also be enrolling myself in anger management course. This will help me to increase my
concentration level and also focus over my confidence growth. As there will be huge work
pressure in the future years, I will have to develop myself right from the initial years of my
career. I feel that this will be helping me to progress in my future career, as I can keep a calm
and organized mindset. This in turn will increase my ability of multi tasking.
