Description of the experience
I have gained the knowledge of communication skill as well as the professional skill after the
experience of the guide of the week; these skills are helpful in individual work. After developing
the communication skills, here is a chance to work in a multinational organization as a successful
employee. To make a communication more effective with the discipline techniques has learned
from this experience. A problem can solve with the use of different minds and ideas. Critical
thinking is also a way to solve the problem. The analyses process of the ARE model has gained
from the experience of the research paper. The experience of the job interview is negative at my
end because it is out of my exceptions as I think for this job. As I explain my experience in the
impact section and I have learned a lot from this experience that I would apply in future
interviews as to be prepared for each situation.
Contribution:
The contribution of the team makes help to provide the information that is helpful in the
examinations. Analysis, evaluation and research can be done with the help of ARE model. The
use of blockchain technology is to analyzed and evaluates the process in the field of e-commerce.
It also can be used in the in the field of investigation with blockchain technology. I also research
and evaluate various implementations.
Learn from the experience:
The experience is helpful in the ideas of critical thinking that resolve the issues. It makes
available the details of the account after the research of some chapters. The process after the
research paper used to analyze the problems with their issues and provide the solutions as the
further process. The reassert on any topic is helpful to collect the information and judge it

The way to handling the experience in future:
After the experience to work with a team, I learn to manage a work in the effective manner as to
