PDP is likely to an action plan which is based on goal setting, reflecting, values and
planning related to personal growth in terms of career, relationship, education and self
improvements. Its primary aim is to maximize the individuals' capability to perform individuals
role as well as responsibility. In personal; development plan, strategies, tactics and proper
planning exists to grant proper strategic direction in context to individual development
prospects. The whole concept of PDP is segregated into different stages includes clearing out the
vision at initial level, outline weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities that are associated
with personality. All four areas will provide the best level of individual development under
personal development campaign.

potential, employability, talents and wealth of individuals. While professional development
illustrate the concepts to continued learning as well as career preparation after a person have

capabilities.
To improve my academic skills and professional performance within 8-9 months of time
frame.
To develop decision-making and problem solving skills in 10 months for bright future

These are those which can be achieved in near future terms, so they include lots of
efforts and time for planning over the ways in which it can be achieved. They are valuable as
acts as guidelines about daily activities along with assist in taking right decisions. My long term
personal goals are:

To make career as a leader in firm within 2-3 years of time frame.
To start my personal business to earn higher profits and revenue.
