INTRODUCTION
Professional development is undertaken as the life long process. Moreover, it is the way for
individuals to undertake their competencies and skills evaluated its intent as well as particular
objectives in ordered to known and maximise their potential. Additionally, this enables
individuals to have futuristic vision. Also, it renders individuals ideas about where they would be
in future. This report represents the individual’s career goals, current reality with assistance of
SWOT Analysis and options for progression.

Possible career choices and preferred option
There are various career options which are available currently and provide huge opportunities for
growth. But for developing my career successful, I would select between hotel manager or
marketing manager. But my preferred choice would be to work as hotel manager. The key reason
of opting respective career option is that, within it there are more opportunities of job. therefore,
I would choose mu career option as hotel manager as they have an option to opt their work
environment in effective and efficient way. in aditiona to this, hospitality industry is different
from other sectors and understandings and skills gained by individuals that performed in it is this
