Urriza, 2017). The both perspective of online and offline selling of product has their own
advantages and disadvantages that influence sustainability of business. The report aims towards
discussing several collaboration and tool of communication and how these aids business in
sustaining pandemic situation. It involve suitability, advantage and disadvantage of useful cloud
storage and computing. The report also involve positive and negative perspective of online as
well as offline selling of goods.

for company growth. The store of offline is not open 24 hours that is another negative
aspect of offline selling. This will reduce the chance of more profitability and consumer
base in other parts of country. One of the negative aspect of offline has they have less
opportunity to expand their market or product innovation as they have only few potential
consumer.
