INTRODUCTION
Financial sector incorporates a huge range of careers requiring a diverse set of skills. No
two jobs are the same and not everyone would prosper in each field. Those who employee the
decisiveness to thrive in investment banking for example may not possess the leadership skills to
work in management. Present topic will be base on the professionalism in a business
environment. Also this study will cover and discussing why it is relevant in academic writing and
identify and describe the various types of plagiarism and also discussing relevant to
professionalism in a business environment and consequences for lack of academic integrity for a
business.

Plagiarism is a word which define wrongful appropriation which is stealing of another
authors, language and thought. In other words, plagiarism is considered and known as academic
dishonesty (Kokkinaki, Demoliou and Iakovidou, 2015). It is considered as the breach of
journalist ethics in context of negative manner. Therefore, the modern definition of plagiarism is
that it is an activity which is considered as a difficult process.
Different types of Plagiarism
Direct Plagiarism : Direct plagiarism is the ways to plagiarized the exact part of others
work. In legal terms direct plagiarism is the most offensive activity done by any person.
Self Plagiarism : Self plagiarism is a kind of work which is copied by the individual
with his or her previous work without taking permission from seniors professionals.
Mosaic Plagiarism : Mosaic Plagiarism occurs when a student borrows phrases from a
source without using quotation marks or finds synonyms for the authors language while keeping
to the same general structure and meaning of the original (Brown and Janssen, 2017).
