I personally found that i have improved my time management skills which has been the
biggest accomplishment for me. At the same time i found that i also improved my leadership
skills.
Being a person who is striving to shape its career in marketing field it is essential to have
great leadership and time management skills.
What were your biggest challenges and how did you overcome them?
I personally found that keeping consistancy has been one of the biggest challenge. Then,
communication also hinderd my way to hike overall performance.
I prepared my personal development plan to overcome these perils.

I think, i could improve in the field of communication, i found this area with a few
jeopardies. I am having my well-structured future development plan so with the hlep of the

I am having my few goals. I would like to improve my soft skills and skills with technologies

I would be working on my self assessment. So with the help of self assessment would be able

Which aspect of today’s session did I find most interesting? Why?
I found the communication skills the most interesting aspect of my today's session. I found
that with better communication skills we can perform better in the field of marketing and
even in other fields too. It is quite essential for our personal life.
The rationale behind this interest has been its usefulness in our life. Being a professional who
is involved in marketing field is having duty to get interacted with people on daily basis to
augment my overall performance so with this regard having great idea of communication is
quite essential.
One thing I learnt
I learnt interpersonal skills. The session taught my that how to use our attitude, aptitude,
emotional intelligence with respect to interpersonal skills. I learnt to use a range of

communication practices so can hike my overall personality and it would be paving way to
enhance my professional competencies.
Interpersonal skills are a wide knowledge domain, where a person is needed to enhance its
understanding about sort of communicational aspects. Being a person engaged in marketing it
can not be avoided so I learnt various dimensions of communication.
I’m not sure about...
I am a bit confused and not sure about my communication skills when it comes to
communicate while addressing sort of dispute related issues. So personally believe that I am
not having fully fledged idea about it.
I might have learnt more if ....
I might have learnt more, if I had some fundamental idea of communication. I personally
found that I did not have any idea of communication, Which might have hindered my way.
Having previous knowledge has always been strong motivator and driver of achieving greater
knowledge. So it could have been supportive to my understanding.

A. Why are you seeking development at this time?
I believe that being at this phase where I am striving to shape up my career in the decided
realm. So there is need to work on my communication. It is essential from the beginning and
if it is lacking then ones can not perform on its merit.
B. What are you seeking to develop at this time?
I am seeking to develop a few things such as my interpersonal skills, technological skills,
problem solving ability etc. this is right time to impart these qualities so can boost up my
possessed constellation of knowledge.
C. Emphasis: What do you need? What is your specific goal?
I need to have specific plan and resources to grab better and achieve my goals.
My specific goal is improvement of communication. I want to improve my communicational
skills which is yardstick of other realms.

I will be taking a few steps such as will be reading more books on soft skills and
communication. I would also like to watch videos and live sessions. One of the best idea I
found is to join online sessions on interpersonal skills so can get expert advices along with
timely reviews and feedbacks.
My learning preferences are nots making and revising content. So I will be making some
notes on key elements and would strive to make that part of my daily communication.

in the field of marketing I can not avoid this specific area of expertise. So for career growth
and to ace opportunities it is needed.
I am looking for a few skills such as improvement of interpersonal skills, technological skills,
problem solving skills etc. but on my hot priority interpersonal or communicational skills are
situated.
I believe that it can be grabbed in the period of 2 months. Showing hestiness is not needed
even with gradual progress it can be made possible. There is need to give it sufficient time so
can proceed with my work efficiently.

Firstly, the knowledge I acquired has been wonderful. Enhancing communicational skills or
interpersonal skills made my task of collaboration easier. It also made me quite confident in
term of making professional decisions.
I found that with the help of enhanced skill I made my all tasks easier and charismatic.
Earlier, I had sort of fear or sense of inferiority which went away due to this skill
enhancement.
