INTRODUCTION
A skills portfolio is consisting to be a representation of an individual's career intelligence.
This can only be inferred through an individual's behaviour, attitude and skills. A portfolio is
referred as a compilation of materials which exemplifies an individual's belief, skills,
qualifications, education, training and experiences (Cajander and et. al., 2011). It basically
provides insight into an individual's personality and work ethics. Professional skills are a crucial
part of an individual's career and it is necessary for people to develop their skills in respect to
attaining growth and development in their career. The present report is based on portfolio
analysis as in this the process of analysing individual’s skills is discussed.

Ethics are consist to be the fundamental requirement of any profession. Professional ethics are
important for each individual, basically it is a fundamental requirement of business manager as
to managing the operations of team. The major benefits of professional ethics for a business
manager are described as below:
Establish Boundaries: Professionalism within the work place implement boundary among what
is right and what is wrong behaviour. Within an organisation managers support to the enjoyable
and friendly environment as to avoid issues and misunderstanding.
Encouragement Improvement: Good ethics helps the manager in motivating people as to
