INTRODUCTION
Professional skills in turn are considered to be as the career competencies which I turn is
not considered to be the part of the specific coursework (Spronken-Smith, (2019)). Professional
skills mainly comprise of the conflict resolution, project management, leadership, value added
skills, mentoring, enterprising, emotional intelligence, confidence, curiosity, credibility, globally
minded, integrity, adaptability, etc. This study will focus on selecting the three graduate
attributes which is crucial for future careers and learning. Furthermore, this study also carried out
strength and weaknesses with the use of Gibbs reflective model. Lastly, this study will carry out
the personal action plan which in turn links to various area of development.
SECTION 1
Graduation attributes in turn are considered to be the skill, qualities and understanding in
order to develop such skills within specific time in university (Oliver & Jorre de St Jorre,
(2018)). The key graduate attributes which in turn are considered to be necessary in order to
attain higher future growth as the sports coach mainly constitute of enterprising, confidence,
adaptability, responsibility, emotional intelligence, integrity, driven, adaptability, creativity,
confidence, resilience, credibility, curiosity and globally minded. These generic graduation
attributes helps in outlining the overarching capabilities which in turn has been developed by the
students.
Globally minded: The first and foremost graduate attribute that I would like to build is
mainly associated with developing a globally minded professional skills in order to effectively
survive in the market (Moalosi, Molokwane & Mothibedi, (2017)). Globally minded people are
those individual who in turn effectively understands the various global challenges across the
globe (Jones, & Pate, (2019)). Globally minded individuals are completely aware about the
various religious, cultural and socio- economic differences. I am completely aware about the
varied ethnicity, different cultural background and individual from different social groups around
the globe. I have interest in exploring various different culture by exploring and travelling to
new places. I tend to respect various different culture within the society which helps me to gel up
with all group of people no matter of their class, perspective, religion, etc. Employers in the
sport's organization tend to look for the people who in turn are globally minded in order to
effectively deliver sessions which is inclusive and full of enthusiasm. The key benefits of the

As per the Gibbs reflective cycle the action plan for overcoming the weakness of sport
coaching qualification is taking training from good sports person and good sports academy. This
is necessary because of the reason that by gaining this qualification I will be able to have more
knowledge and experience which will provide me to have competitive advantage (Bremner,
Laing & Scott, 2020). But for this it was take a little time of around 2- 3 weeks because learning
is a lengthy process and I need to learn this to enhance my strengths. Also, another action plan
for overcoming the weakness of delegation is that I need to build habit of critical evaluation.
This is only because of the reason that with help of critical evaluation I will be able to
decide that which person is capable of doing which task in better manner. Thus, this will assist
me in delegating and distributing the task in accordance with the capability the person is

is a lengthy process and I need to learn this to enhance my strengths. Also, another action plan
