based on analyzing the different methods for evaluating their employee’s performance in a better
manner. This is a portfolio which assists in understanding the main theories and model in order
to evaluate their team performance.

Teamwork is an essential aspect in the workplace for completing specific project. As per this
result, developing an effective project team is one of the main role and responsibility of manager
in an organization. It will help in formulating human synergy and this will assist in formulating
appropriate results in given time period. In an organization, I am working as HR manager for
understanding and evaluating each team members in dynamic manner. As being a leader, I need
to developing friendly environment where all the team members are work comfortably in an
organization. My secondary team role is to motivate and encourage my followers in order to
perform effective work in achieving potential goals. I am a team leader so I require monitoring
all tasks and taking feedback to each member regarding their work. My primary team role is to
evaluate and monitor their performance on the basis of skills and knowledge. Along with this, I
am responsible for completing all the work and perform best tasks as per the client’s
requirements and demand. As a leader I analyzed that, my team members are effectively and
positively perform their work to reach with desired goals and targets.

Code of conduct
Tesco is the multinational organization which offers different types of products and services to
their customers. It is situated in United Kingdom. The main code of conduct which is applied by
an organization in order to gain attention of their desired customers is Build trust and
Credibility. In this, the success of business concern is only depend on maintaining trust and
confidence which are earn by employees, shareholders and customers. As a leader, I think if an
organization gains trust of buyers so they can easily retain them for longer time period. They can
acquire credibility by adhering to commitments, showing honesty and integrity and achieving
firm goals with the help of honorable code of conduct. Another conduct which are adopted by
previous company is Respect for the Individual in which the company are provide such
environment where all employees treated with respect and dignity. TESCO is committed to
develop such an environment because they carry out full potential in all of us and contributes
directly towards business success. As being a leader, I needed to stays together with my team
members and provide them equal rights and duties within an organization.

leader, in this situation, my role is to take necessary step through which I can resolve such issue
in better manner. Tesco follow ethics where they do not treat any employee like this which
directly impact on company image. Firstly, the company needs to dismiss such manager who
behaves negatively with their employees.

stages which help me in completing my project in defined time period. On the other hand, if such

managing business situation of Tesco Company. It involves analyzing cost, resources, schedules
and risk which allow in reaching with potential results as compared to the project management.

In TESCO, performance evaluation is one of the key factors which help in assuring the
employees or teams to reach with desired goals in a better manner. I think I can evaluate my
previous team performance which helps me in analyzing current strength and weaknesses of each
member. As per this, team member assigned for a role which is best suitable to their abilities.
There are various tools through which I can easily measure my team members’ performance such
as 360 Degree Feedback, Balanced Scorecard, engaged with employees, management by
objectives and many more.

is different from others in both manners which assist in understanding an individual style of
learning.
