INTRODUCTION
Professional skills are said to be set of interpersonal abilities and qualities required by an
individual in order to perform a certain task of for the purpose they are appointed. There are
certain professional skills list such as, communication skills, decision making, leadership,
organisational, time management and stress management level. While performing a job role its
must be noted that there must be complete potential and there would be no plagiarism.
TASK 1
In today's era fraud and threats are at their high and effect almost each and every
organisation, companies, university etc. In recent time it has been discovered that in school,
collages, University the immense of fraud have got risen that is been called Plagiarism. Every
student in today's world wants to completed their work just at a click without doing proper hard
work. They are not focused to their studies and do not pay attention towards lectures and class
speech by teachers that make them feel while doing assignment and project. Student always
found new ways to complete their work from the out sources that could be a major drawback for
university, as a result quality will be reduced (Aharoni, 2014). Many researcher like Merriam
Webster has defines the act of Plagiarism in such a way, to steal thoughts and pass off these
ideas or used words of other in there own work. In simply it has be defined as the process of
making use of other individual's words, ideas and thoughts, at the same time pretending that they
are of their own. It is a act or practice of using someone else work and making use of their words
to complete their individual report and assignment and pretending that it is written by them for
the very first time.
In many university, and colleges head of education depart defined this act of plagiarism
such as the act of deliberately trying to delude the academic tutor by submission of contented
that is not done by them or not their work. It has been observed that plagiarism is one of the
serious problem in almost every college in recent year. This serious issue has to be solved as
soon as possible because the student are going away from the education track and not having
knowledge about any topics that is being taught during class. In recent survey it has been
discovered that plagiarism is gotten worse as number of student purchase online assignment from
internet. There has been a capitulum in plagiarism across that many academic establishment
based in the UK, so in the last 3 years also more that 50000 scholar have been caught while
involved in the plagiarism activity (Ellinger and Ellinger, 2014). Many college and large

university has some kind of rules and regulation if they found any student to be involved in
plagiarism activity such as there must be an bad impact on his or her future academic and work
career. Beside this its is a form of trait orientation, plagiarism too harms the degree to which a
student can acquire whilst in age of academic examination. When an individual cheat through
plagiarism they are finally cheating themself as they have spoiled the casual to acquire and create
knowledge on a specific dependent. This acquisition and development ability set could stand in
good position for later existence so from all position, plagiarism is something which should be
confront at all expenditure. In this reference many scientific have produced that there are number
of kinds of plagiarism a student must avoid while doing their work. Some types of plagiarism are
described below:
Complete plagiarism: It is one of the most terrible from, of plagiarism that means to
take a manuscript the work of other and submit it in their own name in colleges.
Source based Plagiarism: This means a student uses secondary source of information
but only cites the primary sources that result in data fabrication and falsification. In general data
fabrication means the use already defined data and finding, where as data falsification means
changing and eliminate data to provide a false impression, so student must avoid these
fabrication and falsification so that assignment are free from plagiarism (Müller and et. al.,
2016).
Direct plagiarism: This is a situation that means that one author (student or content
writer) have directly copied the text of another writer by not changing even a single word and
mainly not using any quotations marks that is called complete plagiarism.
Paraphrasing plagiarism: In recent time it is consider to be the main kind of plagiarism
style, as student are more focused to complete their work in hurry by just rewriting the line in
their manner by making little changes. In these case if the words differ and the original words of
author remains the same still there is a chance of plagiarism.
So the main job of university to the act of plagiarism, by making student aware that there
must be negative effect on their future and academic career.
Ethical issue have an immense impact on the profession and personal development of
student and they may understand the ethical standard by themselves and make sure that there
practice should meet these ethics of University (Silbiger, 2016). Some of the common types of
ethical issue for a student that can be explore that are described below:
