therefore I was successful in using this skill for handling every other member as well as the structure of work which was needed to be established for
effective working. Apart from that, with an effective communication skill I was able to convey my perception to other team members that lead to
make them understand very easily regarding every perspective that is needed to be considered while making strategies for the completion of
particular goals and objective. Communication makes the relationship of each employee to be stronger that helps to control and coordinate for every
activity which is involved in business. Also, I have observed that miscommunication can lead to create many disputes that can be harmful for any
team. There has been several meeting conducted by me with director and other team members for understanding the need for developing particular
plan according to the scenario and the urgency for developing that particular plan. Apart from this, the decision making must be very accurate as
being a manager there has to be a strong far sightedness that would lead to provide successful prediction of all factors that can influence strategies
and the productivity of firm that can lead to introduce several disadvantages. Also, there is an enormous availability of data which is needed to be
effectively analysed for taking out effective information which is required to be implemented in order to get informative facts that can be very useful
for formulating strategies and can provide a unique way of perspective for solving a particular problem. There must be an instant decision making
ability as the scenario requires instantaneous solutions by observing every perspective regarding all aspects that are needed to be included. A
manager must be able to handle the team in an innovative manner to provide effective and efficient completion of activities. As a human resource
manager, I have ascertained that it is very essential to secure and safeguard the important information of every individual who is involved in the
company. Their are many delicate information which are needed to be safeguarded so that no one can be humiliated or discriminated on any grounds.
