P5 Importance of team dynamics
Team dynamics is an effective system of psychological process and behaviour occurring
within an intergroup dynamics or intragroup dynamics. It can be useful and valuable in knowing
decision-making behaviour, developing effective therapy tools and popularity of unique
technologies and ideas. As per the Belbin’s characterizes model, there are nine role which are
play by the group member of the Harley Street Dental Clinic. 9 role of staff members and its
importance are determined as below:
