discrimination, income inequality and employment, the employment opportunity in the market
gets affected. In the words of Murtin and Robin (2018), analyzing the employment opportunity
as well as changing labor market trend in Australian health sector, it has been identified that
from the last few years health sector is maintaining its important contribution in the GDP rate of
this country. By continuing this, it can also be said that due to various job opportunities as well
as increasing demand for health care services, it has brought various job opportunities for the
eligible candidates (Preston, 2018).
The purpose of the study is to critically examine the emerging labor market trends in
Australia and its impact on enhancing job opportunities in the health sector. In this study two
Healthcare sector such as aged care and disability service care have been highlighted. Identifying
