Good Afternoon/Evening everyone. Today, I would like to take this opportunity to
resolve the doubts of the some of the people of our community regarding its future which they
have been raising for quiet sometime now. I agree that our community is presently facing various
issues which in turn had led some of you to believe that it does not have a bright future or for
that matter any future at all. However, I would beg to differ with these people and just to prove
them the incorrectness of their thought process, today I stand here to announce that we have
offered a contract to the local contractors for the construction of permanent homes in our
community.
An important issue that our community had been facing for a very long time now is the
lack of housing facilities because of which some of you had to live in sheltered accommodation
and the community houses. We realize that this is a major issue which had adversely affect the
quality of life that is being led by you all and had even hindered the effective fulfillment or the
realization of the full potential of their lives. Thus, for the resolution of this particular issue we
are glad to announce that we have got the required funding from the government for the
construction of permanent housing in our community. As part of this particular initiative, we
have even given the contract for the construction of the permanent houses to the local contractor
so that the project can be completed in a speedy manner. More importantly, the plans and also
the details regarding the same had already been finalized and the construction work would begin
by the beginning of the next week. However, at the same time I would like to add that we are
open suggestion and if some of you have any valuable suggestions to offer you can always reach
out to us.

which have been taken by us or the national government for the improvement of the condition of
this community. This in turn have influenced many of you to believe that since things have not

which we are presently taking for the improvement of the condition of our community. The

housing crisis of the community it would also pave the way for the creation of a bright future for
the concerned community as well. More importantly, at the event the Mayor would announce the

difficult for the member of the concerned community to find suitable accommodation. This
particular issue had adversely affected the people of Bibly and had at the same time reduced the
quality of life which is being led by them.

The Council of the Bibly community for the resolution of this particular issue that had
designed a project through which permanent houses would be construction in the community for
the people who are get adversely affected from the housing crisis. For instance, in the earlier
many of our community members would approach our offices and ask us to extent our support
for the resolution of the housing issues faced by them. However, just like them we were
completely helpless since we did not have the required funding to build houses which in turn
would help in the resolution of the housing issue faced by them.
Housing Project and a Bright Future for Bibly
The housing project which is being undertaken by us is intended to resolve the doubts of
the many of the community members regarding the future of the community. For instance, it had
been seen that many of our community members who had been a part of the community for a

very long time now had to leave the community or for that matter to move out of the same on the
score of the housing crisis that they faced. This in turn adversely affected the morale of the
community members and also its growth as well. However, through this particular project the
council intends to resolve these issues and also provide the members of the community under
discussion here with permanent houses so as to ensure the fact that they would not leave the
community. More importantly, the goal or for that matter the objective of this particular project
undertaken by the council is to provide affordable permanent houses to the people of the
community and thereby restore their faith in the future or the future growth of the community as
well. Thus, it can be said that this particular project while resolving the housing issues faced by
the people of the concerned community would also transform the entire community itself.
Needless to say, this is going to be an important project for the Bibly community.
