We, the dream travel company are happy to announce that unlike every year, this year
also our company is hosting a dinner and presentation evening on Mexico. The company is
hosting this ceremony co- partnering with the Mexican tourist bureau. The main focus of this
presentation is to let the agents and the travel lovers about the popular destinations of Mexico
as well as letting the people know about the lovely Mexican culture, since in the last year the
presentation over Cuban tourism bureau had been huge success, hence it is high time that we
make this presentation evening also a successful one. Therefore with that said, our company
will host this presentation evening on 10th November, 2019 (Kim 2014.). The place for this
auspicious event will be held at the westin hotel, Kelowna. The dinner and refreshments will
be provided to our guests on behalf of the company. The full schedule of this event are stated
as under-
6.00 pm 7.00 pm. Cocktails will be served.
7.00 pm 7.30pm A four course Mexican
style dinner will be served to

 Since the guests will be coming in flight, therefore shall the hotel authority arrange
