to the students so that they are able to attain good career (Ackesjö, Lindqvist and Nordänger,
2019). There is need of understanding the need and importance of being professional so that
effective teaching is provided. There is impact of various factors on education policy is

Professionalism can be defined as the knowledge skills and practices that teachers must have
in order to teach the students. It is necessary for each and every teacher to have respected skills
and qualities that makes them professional. There is need of working in a professional manner so
that better education is being provided to the students. This help the teacher to be committed
towards their work and deliver the lessons in effective manner. Professionalism can be acquired
by the features by getting training and using the same effectively. It is seen that there are certain
pedagogical knowledge and principles that help the teachers in their continuous improvement.
The teachers that are ready to learn make changes in the life of students as well (Bostock, 2019).
It is the obligation of teacher to take care of these students and teach them in a professional
manner for their success and growth it helps them to qualities of the students and to provide them
intense academic preparation.
Dual professionalism is necessary for the students so that they get proper education. There is
need of teaching with by providing vocational as well as subject knowledge to the students.
Better learning environment is being provided to the students by following professional ethics
(Zhao and Ko, 2018). It has direct impact on the quality of learning due to avoidance of in
discipline in the classroom. Students also learn to respect the teachers and all their problems are

are as follows:
Dignity: It is important to have respect at the time of teaching. All the students must be

Dignity will motivate them to carry on the process of learning in effective manner so that the use
of education is done.
Truthfulness: The teacher must be truthful and trustful. There is need of having proper and
positive environment in the classroom that will let the students learn properly. It is important for
the teacher to assure that they follow all the guidelines they tell about. Being a teacher, I always
follow the practices and obligations that help to gain trust of students. All the students who are
disable require proper guidance and support and manage the work in appropriate manner. The
use of all these values is necessary and make the students better performer and manage the work
