INTRODUCTION
There is key role of teaching in the life of students. It is necessary to provide proper training
to the students so that they are able to attain good career (Ackesjö, Lindqvist and Nordänger,
2019). There is need of understanding the need and importance of being professional so that
effective teaching is provided. There is impact of various factors on education policy is
important part of this report. The education policy of the and curriculum practice is part of this
report. There is key role of the stakeholders in the education and the same is part of the report.
There is need of partnering with employees so that better results are attained. The guidelines and
codes of the organisation are also mentioned in the report. There is need of maintaining quality
so that better education is being imparted to the students.

1.1 Define the concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and Training
Professionalism can be defined as the knowledge skills and practices that teachers must have
in order to teach the students. It is necessary for each and every teacher to have respected skills
and qualities that makes them professional. There is need of working in a professional manner so
that better education is being provided to the students. This help the teacher to be committed
towards their work and deliver the lessons in effective manner. Professionalism can be acquired
by the features by getting training and using the same effectively. It is seen that there are certain
pedagogical knowledge and principles that help the teachers in their continuous improvement.
The teachers that are ready to learn make changes in the life of students as well (Bostock, 2019).
It is the obligation of teacher to take care of these students and teach them in a professional
manner for their success and growth it helps them to qualities of the students and to provide them
intense academic preparation.
Dual professionalism is necessary for the students so that they get proper education. There is
need of teaching with by providing vocational as well as subject knowledge to the students.
Better learning environment is being provided to the students by following professional ethics
(Zhao and Ko, 2018). It has direct impact on the quality of learning due to avoidance of in
discipline in the classroom. Students also learn to respect the teachers and all their problems are
solved on right time. There is need of following professional behaviour in education. This helps

in overall development of the teacher and helping them to learn effectively. The use of right
skills and knowledge play the Vital role for the students and make them efficient learner. Regular
use of professionalism enhances the level of institution and help in their development. The
quality of education must be maintained. It is necessary for the teachers to treat all the students in
equal manner and provide best to the students and provide them equal opportunities at right time.
1.2 Explain ways in which own professional values influence own practice in an area of
specialism
It is necessary to take proper care of following the professional values at the time of
teaching. There is need of giving more attention to the disable students as they need better
position and care. The professional teacher does not discriminate on any ground and treat all of
them equally (Ravshan, 2022). The quality of education depends on the level of education being
provided to the students. There is need of managing the work in such a manner that best is
provided to disable students. The professional values must be followed by the teachers so that
they are able to let them learn effectively. The professional values that are being followed by me
are as follows:
Dignity: It is important to have respect at the time of teaching. All the students must be
given respect and care so that they do not feel problematic and are able to learn effectively.
Dignity will motivate them to carry on the process of learning in effective manner so that the use
of education is done.
Truthfulness: The teacher must be truthful and trustful. There is need of having proper and
positive environment in the classroom that will let the students learn properly. It is important for
the teacher to assure that they follow all the guidelines they tell about. Being a teacher, I always
follow the practices and obligations that help to gain trust of students. All the students who are
disable require proper guidance and support and manage the work in appropriate manner. The
use of all these values is necessary and make the students better performer and manage the work
properly.
Fairness: Teaching requires fairness and the use of all the actions in better manner. The use
of principles of equality is necessary (Dymock and Tyler, 2018). Proper lessons are given to the
students so that better results are achieved. Being fair is necessary at today’s time so that better
results are attained. This helps the teachers to carry on the work effectively. I take care of fair
practices and help the teachers to attain success.

Unity: I assure that being in unity helps to develop network with the other professionals.
There is need of managing the work in such a manner that all the students learn properly. The
use of all the techniques is necessary to work with all the students and taking regular feedback. It
assists the students to carry on the work properly.
All these values are necessary to teach the students and manage the class in proper manner.
