INTRODUCTION
The present report is based on individual reflection on culture and professionalism by
attending classes in graduate program in Adara Group of Australia. It is private limited
consultancy provides corporative advices and private placement business. In this regard,
influence of attending programs on my personality development and professionalism is to be
described. However, various learned tools regarding team work, skills and significance of
leadership styles will be introduced. Thus, improvements in working styles and professionalism
can be understood through this assignment.
Professionalism
Professionalism is standard, views and behaviour of an individual towards working at
workplace (Fawcett and Borck, 2014). However, by attending graduate program, I improved my
professionalism and skills regarding job performance. Including this, I learned different tricks to
handle pressure with pace and creating effective environment of Adara Group. Moreover, my
communication, problem solving and different other skills get enhanced. Thus, I got encouraged
for improving working style and good coordination in teamwork for providing consultancy
services.
Interpersonal influence
It is like social influence for encouraging team members towards working in group
effectively. In this regard, I learned to motivate all group members for contribution in team work
and enhancing their working efficiencies. Besides this, various social and cultural influences are
recognised for improving professionalism and good contribution in working in group (Swain,
2016). However, I learned to handle situations and motivating workers for creating coordination
and environment of Adara group positively.
Cultural norms
Through attending classes, I create good understanding with cultural norms for
recognising team members' attitude, perception and belief towards teamwork. In addition to this,
I also learned about organisation's cultural norms for providing products and services to clients
of Adara Group. Therefore, deep understanding towards cultural norms get increased also impact
on entity and its cultural environment.

Leadership styles
Last conducted learning classes helpful for learning leadership styles and team building
efficiency. In this way, good understanding with different leadership styles as autocratic, trait
and situational has been enhanced that affect my working style (Williams, Carpenter and Timms,
2015). Therefore, I learned to improve team building and effective coordination among group
members for improving skills and encouraging them for personal as well professional
development effectively.
Impact of attending class
As mentioned, by attending graduate classes in Adara group, my different skills get
improved as well learning attitude enhanced. In this regard, it is recognised that my
communication and team building efficiency get increased. However, various tricks are
determined for better performance and handling situations occurred at workplace. Besides this,
attending classes is beneficial to improve professionalism and other working styles for
consultancy services. Thus, several positive changes are occurred that are related with my
personal and professional development.
Future prospective through attending classes
Effective learning and positive attitude towards Adara group is beneficial in future
perspectives. However, improved skills and learned to work styles will be helpful in the future
for consultancy services and handling situations peacefully. Including this, I will be able to
create positive and effective environment of the organisation with motivating team members for
effective coordination for working in group efficiently. Thus, this professionalism and increased
working styles would be effective for future time period.
