not only the sole objective of business infect it has to achieve some other economic and social
objective as well. Business must have to earn profit but not to ignore:
Three key sources

Effective customer service helps enterprise to retain clients and increase revenue of the

Main arguments
According to the views of Bajpai (2019) It is necessary that entities must have effective
employee retention practises by which better organisational performance will get generated.
Motivation is the factor which needs to regularly develop by the leaders of organisation so that
employee will able to improve the skills which required in meeting organisational goals.
However, Kaliannan and Adjovu (2015) stated that in the current era employee
engagement is still under the stage of transitional where many employee complaint that entities
did not fulfil their basic needs in terms of pay scale and security. Thus, purpose of organisation
must have to fulfil the expectations of the consumers so that they generate their best efforts in
order to meet growth of the company.
Challenges and solutions
Main challenge which identified in the organisation regarding employee satisfaction is
poor conflict management skills and another issue is regarding the Hygiene issue.
Therefore, in order to solve such issues in organisation, management of the entities must
have to follow guidelines of the Herzberg theory under which in order to satisfy hygiene issue
certain rules and strategies are given by the author. In order to solve conflict management skills
proper leadership qualities needs to be developed in leaders of the organisation.
