Safety D Five
It can be defined as different rules which mainly support for protecting against the
hazardous condition or situation. In every field or area, safety is considered as an important
aspects which inspiring or motivating the individual to consider suitable technique or method in
term of improvement. In my personal experience, I have been examined that when consideration
of any safety aspect but require to use program evaluation process.
Program evaluation
It is based on the program evaluation which mainly consider as systematic technique or
method for collecting, analyzing and also using different information. Generally, it also acquire
or gain more data through multiple question about the policies, project and program. Each and
every things are depending on the safety and their primary measurement. In particularly about
the efficiency as well as effectiveness. As per consideration of both private as well as public
industry. Different stakeholders often want to know whether execution program they are funding,
voting and implementing and objecting the intended effects.
The program evaluation is mainly focused on the overall price/ cost of program on the basis of
multiple participants. Afterwards, how this can be effectiveness to improve the program whether
they are worthwhile (Biehl, 2019). In order to apply the evaluation program in which completely
focused on intended result or outcome. In context of safety measurement, the evaluator will help
for finding the answer of different questions but the best way to evaluate when establish a good
coordination between particular tasks and stakeholders.
The process of evaluation is mainly used by recent phenomenon so that it has planned the
social evaluation for performing both qualitative as well as quantitative methods. These are
playing important role in the process of evaluation. In order to find out both numerical and
description information. Usually, I have performed the program evaluation which come from
different background such as public policy and procedure, psychological, economic and
sociology. At certain level, evaluation process will help for maintaining the proper safety at any
field or area.
Furthermore, program evaluation that may have been conducted at several stages or
phases at the time of program’s lifetime. Each and every strategies that will arise multiple

questions to answer by individual evaluator, Also corresponding the different evaluation
approaches as per needed.
 Initially, it is important for identifying the need or requirement of particular program

According to me, these are considered as important stages of program evaluation which always

complex issue or problem in proper manner. Furthermore, it also improved the different safety
measurement and easily diagnose social need or requirements.
