Now I will highlight one project for the tournament scoring system. It will help the tournament for
checking the scoring system honestly and clearly.
This platform will be explained by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) step by step, it will exactly
help to develop the program from start to end.
The scoring application will be developed pretty good and it is affordable and it has a little bit of weak
point in terms of security but developed enough for use as a scoring system.
1 Planning
Firstly, I will evaluate the time how many hours we will spend on it. From my perspective, our team will
spend approximately 7 working days and 4 developers and an internet connection enough for us. I and
my friend are back-end developers and the other 2 girls are front-end designers as well as developers.
After starting our project the supervisor of the tournament has given us feedback when they will enter
the app and register their name (login) (parol) keywords and they will enter to the app. There are 40
people, 20 people devided into 4 teams each of the team include 5 individuals and another 20 people
may participate as a individual.
The purpose of this app is scoring clearly and honestly depending on their accomplished events. Actually
it easy for clarifying the points of the students as it has not emotional feelings.
2 Define Requirements.
This app helpful for the tournament scoring system and making a direct decision for all evaluation
events. It has some requirements like entering and registering a name to the app as well as taking
information about the team and ask what they have to do to make a higher score. This platform is a
pretty big start-up for academic and sporting events. Our investors have poured $8000.00 into this app
and it's enough.
3 Design and Prototyping
To start this program we have chosen JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for its front-end also it will have a
pretty good. They will pass through choosing Group as well as individual. This app can solve the
problems like giving a point clearly and honestly because it has not emotional things and relations to
people. All of the information and data were protected by developers during the creation of the App.
4 Software Deployment.

4 Software Deployment.

This is a part of the random source code. This app was created by 4 developers two of them girl front-
end designers and developers and my friend and I am back-end developers. To accomplish this app we
need only 7 working days.
5 Testing
At the beginning of this process, we did not find any problem which is related to the app after two days
we found one problem and we fixed it as soon as possible. All of the problems were solved and we
found it usable for the tournament scoring system, and manager of this app understands how it works
and there are not found problems.
6 Deployment
Finally, all of the stakeholders of the scoring system app ready for competitions. We also put a link to
download the app from the college’s site. it is trustworthy for everyone and any time they can
download
7 Operations and Maintenance
All the phases of the app ready and developed to utilize for users and being used in this field, we all tried
to find bugs that were not found during the test process.
This app was created by Python for its back-end form and CSS and JavaScript and HTML also available for
its front-end. In the code below we can see the code of the HTML.

After finishing all of the stages we tried to take some of the feedback from the college director and
tournament judges they wanted to add some king kind of pictures and tables to clarify which group
included them.
All of the design decisions we have made and all of the parts of the app clear to understand to utilize it
as well as it is the version of the optimized app there is no need for changes by clients and they like this.
The final design is good in terms of client requirement but, in the part of the design and prototyping
section adding pictures like groups or team members are crazy situation. To create this program they
took approximately $8000 if they will give me $10 000 we would be created it much more secure from
internal and external threats.
All of the design sections has its unique function such as (login)page there are 2 ways available for
entering to the app first one is by registering and another is just entering by taken 6 digit number which
has given after first registering.
For this app, I have spent with my colleagues about 7 days and have finished at this time because of
some kind of feedbacks and time consuming code problems.
I also have taken into account some kind of feedback to add points and adding 0 when they will perform
their task incorrectly. And Clients of the app happy with this new and also We take it into account to
make it “Maintainable” and “Scelibable” as well as it is productive code to use for our another client.
