I played the role of a project manager in this program. As a project manager, I learned to

communication skills so that it can help me in the time of managing my team members. While

proactively with every team member in a way that all the issue taking place at the time of
execution can be resolved easily. It is equally important to address all the concerns faced by team
members. A project leader is the one who takes initiative for the project and ensures that the
project is being completed based on the requirements provided by the client. In addition to this it
is important to have a better communication skill that will help in developing the project in an
effective way and will also ensure better management of the resources. After performing
portfolios it becomes easy to understand the thinking of the maximum number of people. The
decision-making ability also ensures an effective way of managing the project. While managing
a project it becomes important to maintain integrity and honesty towards the team member. This
ensures that the project is being delivered to the desired client within time.

survey results.
PMI talent triangle is referred to process that is present in the CCR program. The
discussed process helps in developing the skills of every person related to any kind of project
from different perspectives. The major components of PMI triangles are technical project
management, strategic business management, and leadership. Leadership helps in brainstorming,
providing better coaching and mentoring. This quality also helps in influencing the project
member so that everyone can work together as an effective team. This is one of the important
parts of the PMI talent triangle. This also ensures that every negotiation is performed effectively
so that it becomes easy to solve the problems faced at the time of project execution. It is the
responsibility of every project leader to develop a leadership quality that will help in building a
strong team. The second most important pillar is the strategic management that helps in
identifying the benefits and realization associated with every project. This also ensures a better
development of customer relationships and satisfaction. The third pillar is technology that helps
in gathering data and ensures the modeling of this data.
After analyzing the survey results it can be stated that I have come to this conclusion that
I have the quality of becoming a good leader. This will helps in taking effective decision towards
the organization I am working for. Moreover, after looking at the survey results it can be stated
that I have all the qualities that will ensure a better growth towards the organization I am
working for. The main capability that I tend to hold is integrity and honesty. Moreover, the
technical skill possessed by me will lead the project towards better future. Apart from all this
better communication will help me to understand the project requirements effectively. After
analyzing the results it can be stated that as a strategist I will be able to make better plans that
