In project management, the project managers play the major role to make a
successful project. Therefore this post is so much important as this delivers the explanation
about some of the significant personal qualities which a project manager should have to
design the strategies for confirming the achievement in project too (Meredith, Mantel Jr &
Shafer, 2017). Some important personal qualities which have been examined in the context
are team management, capability to manage the scope of the project, leadership,
communication and management of the time and cost too. All of these qualities are
significant because the successful project manager requires for leading other team members
also confirm the coordination in between the teams of the project for the appropriate
execution of the strategies of project too (Crawford, BA & Stretton, 2018). Along with this,
project manager needs to confirm that project is completed according to schedule and budget
of the project.
