effort and therefore it is quite essential to plan a project in an effective manner. The quality of
a project can be indicated as an ability of a project to achieve a desired purpose. The desired
purpose of the project is mainly outlined by the stakeholders, or the project clients (Crawford,
2014). The examples that you have provided regarding the project quality being able to match
the desired purpose is quite appropriate. I agree to the fact that quality management is
significantly linked with development of a quality management plan and performing quality
assurance and taking quality control measures on the project. For controlling the project
quality, effective quality checks are important to ensure that the key requirements of a project
are validated.
I agree to the fact that it is necessary to monitor the project execution to ensure that
the customers’ requirements are validated. If this validation is not done, it might result in
delivery of a product of wrong specification. Therefore, it can be said that there is a direct
relationship between the quality and cost of the project. Any change in the quality
requirement of a project can significantly affect the cost of the project as well. Thus, regular
quality checks during project execution is significantly important along with strong project
supervision (Mir & Pinnington, 2014). The management of the project quality is largely
