creative sector, this advantage is closely connected with productivity, and thirdly, the problem-
solving arena will be broadened and will increase.(Part 1) However, when a project of a larger
scale is involved, then the problem arises. Firstly communication problem will be cropping up in
handing the project as the people who are involved in the project comes from the diverse cultural
background the idea and the approaches to the project are very different from that of other

people will be involved in the project the creative aspect will transform into negative conflict,
and it will hamper productivity.(Part 2) The PM will face different challenges during the entire
tenure which includes keeping teams on the same directed specifically to the same page, The
unrealistic deadlines have to be dealt with, and the most important that is involved in the risk

I totally agree with this posting yes that dealing with the statement that multicultural
company has different advantage and disadvantages. Apart from the advantages that are
mentioned in the post, I would like to add a few more, for instance, a multicultural workplace to
increase creativity. According to o eminent scholars, the teams which have people coming from
diversified background have more experience and more creativity to work on, which in turn
solve the problem (Henderson, Stackman & Lindekilde, 2018). This statement is appropriate in
case of Acorn as it has been observed that the company has diversified the recruitment process
and the project manager actually employed young talent. The more network it is spread, and
more cultural diversity its is there are more ideas and perspective which is coming to the table.
Another point I would like to add on it actually helps in the formation of the brand image of the
company . By showing how diversified it is in terms of the hiring and also help to serve the
customer in a better way as there is more assimilation of perspective and increases the
understanding level of the customer (Girdauskiene & Eyvazzade, 2015). The challenges that are
faced by the acorn industry shows the true picture of the negative impact where the
communication rises up as a barrier. When a different cultural perspective does not match
communication problem arises and in fact, hinder the productivity of the company just like it can
be observed in this case.

associated with the team will bring about more advanced technological innovation in the table. In
the Acorn industry it could be seen that there was involvement of the different functional
department in the area which helped in implementing both national as well international
perspective in the situation. These two factors will only help in accelerating the work, and the
output will have better quality. The point that there will be problems also is correct as
communication and cultural factor will come into play and affect the quality of work (Lisak et
