Introduction: The final date for the completion of the project was 12th December, 2018 by
which the project was scheduled to be completed. On this day the final meeting for the post
project review was undertaken and it involved the implication of the analysis and evaluation of
the project progress.
Discussion: The time period of 29th October to 12th December was utilized for the development
of the database aligning the work and synthesis of the smart work development. The last phase
date was 26th October and it marked with the identification of the database for aligning with the
continuation management. The database of corporate style has been selected for the listing of the
information and forming the improved services for the First National Bank. The integrated
database would be helpful for accessing information for all the activities of the bank.
Conclusion: The implication of the new database had been implied with the continuation of the
works defining the implication management works. The First National Bank
had got the benefit of improving the work with the help of their integrated information system.
Supportive Commentary and Reflection

I had been using the concept of project management and design thinking for the development of
the database for the First National Bank. It helped me in selection of the corporate type of
database structure which has the improved security structure for keeping the information
protected. I also learnt about the documentation process for taking care of the implication works.
The analysis has been implied with the successful management process. I had been responsible
for taking care of the works and listing the works for implying the effective work development
facilities. I have also considered the aspect of post project analysis process for making sure that
the work is implied cohesively.
