Monday 01-10-2018 On this day the final Project Approval will be taken. The approval will be granted
on the basis of the feasibility of the project which aims at implementing a
corporate database at First National Bank and assure that the employees adapt to
the changes for good. The next day will be continuing with the final approval.
This will be followed by the initiation of the Planning process once the approval
is received.
Wednesday 03-10-2018 At this step, there will be multiple steps to be followed in order to initiate the
planning process and execute them efficiently. The first step will be to assess the
risks involved with the project and the effect it can pose while initiating the
planning process. Along with that, the counter measures or strategies that can be
used to mitigate the risks will also be determined.Friday 05-10-2018 After the risk assessment, the scope definition and project estimations will be
evaluated.
Monday 08-10-2018 By 8th of October, the planning process will continue with the estimation of
budget required to execute the project.
Wednesday 10-10-2018 By the end of 10th and 11th of October, the scope of the project and estimation of
the final budget will be completed.

Friday 12-10-2018 The Planning process will proceed with preparing the Change Management Plan.
This plan will ensure the keeping of track of the changes that are required in the
project. Changes such as technological changes in the project, changes in
expectations of the client, quality changes, changes in the resources, etc.
Monday 15-10-2018 The Change Management Plan will be continued till 17th of October to monitor
the changes that are needed to be made.
Wednesday 17-10-2018 The next step will be resource allocation. In this step the work will be allocated
among the people required in the project.
Friday 19-10-2018 The next step will be Security Planning and Communication Guidelines. This will
determine the information to be delivered to the stakeholders. The mode of
communication with the project sponsors i.e., First National Bank. This will also
include the communication with the investors associated with FNB and the end-
users and clients of FNB. Weekly meetings will be set with them. Updates and
notifications will be sent to them via email. Information Sharing will be done by
SharePoint Location. The technical Infrastructure analysis will also be done. By
the end of Friday, the planning process will be completed.
Monday 22-10-2018 After the planning process, the plans will be executed smoothly. The entire
execution process will require 18 days. The first day will be procurement of
database and other tools.
Wednesday 24-10-2018 Once the database and other tools are procured, the design of the database will be
set-up.
Friday 26-10-2018 The next step will be to set up the environment and infrastructure of the database.

26th October 2018 was the expected date for the final delivery of the last activity. The
expected activity was “to set up the environment and infrastructure of the database.” It
present activity is to deliver this activity and set up the infrastructure and the infrastructure of
the database. It is considerable scenario that the activities mentioned in the log sheet should
have been completed before the deployment of this activity in manner to make sure that the
project is ready to deliver this activity and make sure everything goes as expected. The first
activity was to get the approval on the plan being proposed for the advancement in the FNB
and assuring that the proposed changes are helpful in improving the existing environment.
This was the very first step towards the deployment of the project. Thereafter, the planning
process was the next phase that that was helpful in finally delivering today’s activity. The
next step was to develop the design of the database regarding the collection and processing of
the operational activities accordingly. Every activity of the project had certain outcome on the
entire project. The project lifecycle needs to follow all the activities mentioned in the above
log sheet. Every activity will have different outcome on the entire project and this can be

Approval is always necessary to make sure that the stakeholders get their authority for
further proceeding and project heads took their responsibility of delivering the project. The
project initiation needs to be accomplished through this activity and thus, the pavement can
be placed for further proceeding with the project. The next activity is to deliver the project
planning considering the different activities and timeline of the project delivery and
delivering the next activities accordingly. It will also include risk management and thus, it
will play a major role in limiting the uncertainties those might influence the project delivery.
The next activity will be dependent on the risk assessment and hence, the scope and objective
definition can be delivered and evaluated comparing the expected outcome of the project. The
planning activity will, include scheduling and budgeting for the project and hence,
development of the strategies those could be helpful and efficient in delivering the entire
project accordingly. The change management is necessary considering the modification and
manipulation in the developed plan assuring that the project delivery can be managed for the
successful and efficient delivery of the project and managing the project constraints. The
communication plan and other project management strategies need to be deployed and
managed in manner to accomplish the necessary project objectives and goals with an
assurance that the stakeholders will have suitable plan for the communication and
management of the project activities accordingly.
These all activities lead to the design and development of the database that is necessary
and effective for the final activity that is instalment and delivery of the infrastructure and
environment of the database.

I consider that it will be crucial for the project delivery to evaluate the entire project from
its starting and deliveries those have been already made regarding the previous activities. It

expectation and the project is ready to move towards the next phase. It will also be
considerable to establish a communication between the different team members for
communicating the ongoing progress and growth with the report with an assurance that the
new activity being delivered will be effective and efficient in managing the expected overall
output of the project. It is identified that the project is behind schedule and hence, steps can
be taken for improving the rate of activity delivery. I will be developing new strategies those
will be effective and efficient for further activity of the project in manner to ultimately
deliver the final project within the expected time.
