Negotiation of a time to meet with their supervisor in which to undertake this
evaluation
The project is about the installation of the UPS Systems in the houses that are to be
done by the organization of As-Sabuur Nigeria Limited to a house in Nigeria. This area is
found to be extremely plagued with the problems of power outages at several times in the
day. Therefore, the time that shall be negotiated with the supervisor to undertake the
evaluation should be negotiated with the supervisor during the day time. It must be negotiated
in the daytime because the negotiation process and evaluation can still be done in the day
time, if there is an occurrence of power outage. If it happens somewhere near the night or the
evening when the power outage happens, it would be extremely difficult to carry on with the
evaluation process with no power in the area.
